I really like it. -
I was 5 at Ocean City, Maryland and I rode the Toboggan with my dad. I loved it. And I think there was some like little powered dragon coaster thing there too. Then I was old enough to go to Dorney Park, and my first big coaster was Hercules. I fell in love. Until high school, I had been afraid of looping coasters, and I had missed out on a bunch of fun at Six Flags Over Georgia on a school trip. Then back at Ocean City, Maryland, I went on the little looping star and realized it wasn't so bad. I've been loving them ever since.

So since I'm working from home today because of mother nature, hear this big thud come through the mail slot. I go out to my front door and what do I have before me? A Bag of crap. Bag of Crap unopened. And then I open it up and OMG there was so much stuff. I cannot wait to properly look through all the brochures and read everything else. Bag of Crap opened up Getting my bag of crap made my day. Thank you guys -
Great shots The park looks wonderful at night.

great TR Haven't been to a Disney Resort since 1997, and we stayed at the Polynesian (I've been to Disney a couple other times but both were off Disney property). Makes me want to start planning my trip to Florida in October -

Laurie, was that the one you got at NYCC back in 2009? Should I bring along Poe to the NE trip. I think the three of them could get into lots of trouble. -
Merry Christmas From Theme Park Review!
sspaz1000 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Let's see: before Christmas, I got a new camera, Canon Powershot G12, and a bunch of accessories for it. I got to use it before Christmas since I'm going away next week on vacation, and wanted to test it out for a while. But for the holiday I got: -Giant Candy Cane from my cousin -Hat, gloves for my trip from my aunt -Gift card to Target -Jeff Dunham's All By Myselves -Adam Richman's America the Edible -Money pack from AAA for the UK -A new UK travel adapter for my camera battery charger since this is the first time, I don't have a camera that uses AA batteries. -A couple t-shirts one with music notes, and one with a dragon fly. -A ring with music notes -Gift Card for Build-a-Bear -Gift Card for Panera Bread I'm sure I've got a couple other things but I left most of it at my parents for now since I'll be home again for New Years. -
Here's mine for the year, a combo of parks and other travels, but 2010 was 90% a good year. The other 10% we're not discussing, lol. January 2010, I went to Cardiff, Wales. I may or may not be a huge Doctor Who/Torchwood fan... Caerphilly Castle, used in BBC shows such as Doctor Who & Merlin. Gorgeous old castle, has that eerie haunted feel to it. This brings us up to February. What can I say blizzards and more blizzards came our way. That's the family dog in the snow. She loved it though. Onto April, Knoebels Opening weekend Here's the Twister, or should I be starting to say brain scrambler? My typical shot of The Phoenix. I still <3 this coaster. Kozmo's Kurves- Kozmo still beat the crap out of me. And I'm still debating on which was worse, that or High Speed Thrill Coaster. Now we're onto May, Here I am with the family at the Walk MS 2010 event. My mom was diagnosed with the disease in 2009, so we're doing the walk every year. Mothers Day Phillies game. Yes it was that cold in the shade. The Spectrum. Sadly this is being torn down, because people actually think Philly fans want to shop and eat at upscale dining places before sporting events. Last I checked we were all about getting hammered in the parking lots and booing everyone else. Flyers playoff game against Montreal. Memorial Day, I got to visit my friend in Toronto and go to Canada's Wonderland. I like this picture, though I hated the ride. Never had a ride beat me up more than that. Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Yep still a kid inside. Brings us to July, I saw that GASM at Great Adventure was closing. So I had to get the credit before it closed. My other wooden love, El Toro. Love Bruises from Kingda Ka. August saw some crappy time in my life, but I ended up going to Lakemont Park and Delgrosso's. Here is Leap The Dips. I loved it. Skyliner. I liked this one too. First ride, I wasn't so impressed with it but as the day wore on, it got a lot better. Crazy Mouse at Delgrosso's. First Spinning coaster. Not a fan. I felt so sick after riding. Philies game in August. The friend I visited in Toronto, came to visit me in Philly. I took her to Hershey. So here's Fahrenheit. Storm Runner and Great Bear. I know I'm in the minority but I really like Great Bear. Love Park in Philly. Big Bird himself Mr. Carol Spinney Back to the UK in October and was down in Bournemouth and Portsmouth. The sand was colder than the water. Big Ben and I. Hockey game this past week, with work. Good game and I got to test out my new camera. See they are tearing the spectrum down. Very very slowly. And to end my year, Santa on the firetruck at my apartment complex. Not gonna lie, I ran out there and got myself a candy cane.
