Oh my god.....Millennium Force got stuck on it's 310 FT lift hill after power went for a week at CP in 2003 due to the Major Power outage! OMG! Nope....they all lived....(the riders I mean)

Carnage, TTD runs in anything except a total downpour rain. That is a true lie and you know it! I've been there in October and it was 21 degrees tops that day and it was running, it had a roll back every 4-5 launches, but it ran!

Dude if this comforts you more I had the same fear and I just thre myself on Millennium Force at the time. I got over it, PDQ! Good luck this summer, you'll have fun. Trust me.

Trust me, Lansing isn't in good condition right now. Mainly due to the problems with auto industry and having our state as a majore producer of cars leads to one thing Cars+foriegn jobs+crisis+Toyota+Lansing+state debt at 905 million= EQUALS ONE EFFED UP STATE!! Trust me, now isn't a good to live in good ol' Michigan.

I'm not afraid of coasters, but damn. the green side of Power Tower at Cedar Point freaks me out!!! 275 FT drop? no thanks! but I'll probably ride it anyway when R&E come to CP in August.

Well, anyone who's heading there June 21st. I'll be there, and possibly we could meet up....if aviliable and I can get outta FrontierTown. But, I can't wait to ride, 19 days until my turn!

May 28, 2007 Dear Chris: Thank you very much for your recent email telling the story of your first visit to Cedar Point when you were four years-old. It's a beautiful memory and I thank you for sharing it with us. I read your email at my last Staff Meeting so I could share it with others at Cedar Point. Under seperate cover, I'm sending a Cedar Point DVD and a 2007 Cedar Point poster calendar. I have fond memories of the Berenstain Bears, too. Our sons were big fans. I used to read them Berenstain Bear books every night before going to bed. I hope to see you on the midway this summer, H. John Hildebrandt (Guys, this is something I WILL NOT forget. I'd just thought it'd be'd nice to share and show Cedar Point's love for their fans and guest alike.) But, personally, I was effing shocked by this response. I was expecting nothing outta the park.

Wow, some people got bugged in the a$$ about this annoucement (j/k) I can see how folks will be mad about HP coming in and taking over, but honestly think of the long term effects this addition will have. It could around something good for Universal some day. Like it was said before, people who don't like the series, don't turn this thread into a flame war. It's the last thing we need. I'm not pointing fingers, but I don't need another headache....(bad day today, sorry)

Sweet, I literally shouted when I saw the confirmed status on Screamscape... THANK YOU UNIVERSAL!!! I've been trying to convice my folks to return to WDW and USF and now I have a reason, at least fore me and my dad!! HP!!! This is great news.....
