This is fantastic. I like the idea that it's a choice and that the site will remain as is for all members. Being a member for a while now, I don't think anyone should fear losing out on all the main features of the site because you don't sign up for a premium membership. Robb and Elissa put their hearts into this site for everyone. Is the site for everyone? Absolutely! Is the premium membership for everyone? Nope and the fact that you don't need it to enjoy the core benefits of the site will further set TPR apart. That being said, I don't buy a lot from the store because of duty and shipping annoyances so any way to support the site without feeling guilty about downloading all the freebies is always welcome, like the Christmas present DVD. Definitely count me in! I also love the idea of a quarterly or semi-annual pdf that could obviously be a lot of fun and uniquely TPR. Time will always be an issue so I'm sure that you'll find a lot of people that would love to help out on such a project. I know I would. It could go beyond re-stating news and provide commentary from certain members (I keep thinking of Dave's Take on whatever lol). Maybe a blurb on pole/ survey results, member profile(s), R&E happenings and anything unrelated. I love the weekly emails and they do most of the job when not checking the site frequently. Definitely agreed that if it's a simple re-hash of news and events, there would be no need since it's already done daily and weekly. Cheers, J

Robb, this is awesome, thank you again. Tech question for anyone who'd like to take a stab at it: I downloaded the file twice to be sure before I posted this type of question. When I try to open, it says the movie file (which is MP4) is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands. It's MAC snow leopard with the latest quicktime downloaded -- at least I think haha

Divv, awesome job again! The Toronto Maple Leafs goalie is from Tampere so that was kinda cool. Plus, the drinking there was fierce! Trying to add the clip again. Hope this works Divv, if not I'll try to fix it later. I'm sure Craig will have more optimal footage at some point haha Cheers, J Peena Puu at Sarkanniemi.mov -

Divv, that was fantastic! I was in awe of Steve. I mean, not only can the dude bust a move but the fact that the best looking member of the band accepted his invitation to dance was awe inspiring. -

Divv, awesome man. I mean, we walked in and they said eat, drink (soda) and be merry! Food lovers unite! Tranan was so cool. Honestly, just imagine sitting in on a small stool with a seat belt in a canoe with sides that only go up to your hips, if that. Hands up? Yah no lol That was the park with the Mack Blauer Enzian that went around the track a gazillion times? (Awesome seeing Thunder Run outside). That was the craziest ERT. -

This is looking great. I'm not sure if it's just me but it looks much more unique compared to recent B&Ms. -

Anyone else grey out at the bottom of that drop? Divv, great update again! Thanks for keeping this up. J -
This looks amazing, thanks for posting Dave and TG. I remember telling Elissa that I may be in the minority for looking forward to this most if making it on Middle America. I loved Typhoon so much (yes even after breaking it) that I wanted to one day head south to try out Deluge after hearing so many good things about it. This will be the next best if not the best thing! This should be cool since it won’t have those conveyer belts to lift up some ‘questionable’ weight up the hills lol Robb, after hearing what you sounded like shooting out of the Patriot slides, we need to mic and strap a water proof camera on you going down this thing .

TPR's Scandinavia 2009 Trip!

Wow, that was such an amazing day! How cool was it go-karting on a real race track just under the Arctic Circle? For anyone that has been to a track in your car, that was the real deal! It was really scary not being cocooned in the safety of a car with air bags but instead being in these insane karts straddling a tank of fuel! Awesome update Robb! Andrew: You and Lou in that tandem car were too funny, like an older couple out on a leisurely Sunday drive -

Robb and Elissa, that truly was great last night. Fun (really fun and funny actually) and very informative. I think you both could take the radio morning show format and offer it in the evenings to make everyone’s drive home something actually entertaining compared to what’s on there now. Sirius/ XM should be calling,. Think about it: Highlighting the newest in cook books, featuring Italian eateries and wings along with theories and hypotheses that rival the theory of relativity in determining Jeff’s age (taught by Dave Thomas of course). Oh, we can not forgot potential regular feature fan favorites such as the famous “Make Tyler do something in the middle of the street”, “Honk if you want it” and the classic “Hanging up on anyone named Larry” Every answer was well presented and explained through audio, which really helped given the number of people in the chat room and the potential to miss stuff. It was awesome listening and getting other stuff done at the same time. Mods were great at keeping things organized in the chat room as well. Thanks again for hosting another Q&A with audio! -
^Heya Matt, SFNE was a great time but wet. We managed to finish everything important before they closed the park. The park was open for a whopping three hours. We spent the rest of the day in Enfield eating and searching for random crap in the mall lol Hopefully I’ll get pics of that stuff to put up. ^^I loved all of it. My favourite parts from last year were all still there. The entrance/ catacombs, cemetery, butcher and manor/ haunted mansion were awesome, especially with some more role playing on the part of the actors. My biggest scares happened in the Graveyard and the Jungle. Leading the group with Nay, I’d say I was terrified of what was around every corner and in a lot of long hallways since you have no idea what is real and fake. Watching the actors pick on Nay was kinda funny and freaky to watch all at the same time. I’m not sure what happened to the rest of the group given that they were a bit behind making sure that Dave had an awesome time. What I like most about the event is that it is all community based and sponsored for a great cause, being juvenile diabetes. Equally as awesome is Lake Compounce allowing the use of their grounds (creepy forest, mountainside and all) for what was a small home yard event, allowing it to grow into something quite special and unique. The rain was a bit of bummer because it spoiled the illusion of everything being indoors or just really creepy and eerie on a dark and cloudy night, since no roof exists on most of the mazes. Overall, I really enjoyed it and think it is really impressive given the small park it’s located in. Hopefully I can make it back again next year. Plus, throwing in some Boulder Dash into the equation never hurt anyone

That was a fun day, even if saturated with rain. Just goes to show that no matter what the weather threw at us, everyone still had a blast. Oh, that Hansa obstacle course was the most frightening thing. I think some people who thought they were not capable of performing full splits surprised themselves. lol ^Bill, we will forever remind you of your less than stellar mapping performance Great updates Divv! Divv, this is fantastic! Those are some great shots. I can't believe I forgot my camera on Bon Bon Land day but this more than makes up for it. Oh, in the end, the Super DUPER happy fun slide was, well, just that. Definitely great re-living this. Since even you started, no excuse not to start mine at some point in 2010, perhaps with some dancing Steve footage? lol J -
