Awww, I loved your TR Eric, great pictures and captions! It was really great to meet you, along with everybody else, really hope we'll see each other again on other trips! Glad it looks like you had as much fun as I did! -
^ Why, because you and you alone will send him 5000?!
-
^ At least you admit it. That puts you one BIG step ahead of most.

I hate it when people aren't clear with me about the way they feel, or what they're thinking about particular things. I'm not psychic, and it's not fair to make me feel like I should be. Grrr.... Also, Argentinian referees. And Portugal in general.

Didn't notice that all the way back there... Who did what to you?? Did Dan send you more of the pics we took for you or something? -

After sending him however many from the form Robb posted, I decided to send him a REAL email from my actual webmail account, which I've been meaning to do ever since the end of the UK trip... Within about thirty seconds, this arrived: We killed his email! Awesome. -

Hilarious. And to think, he used to get annoyed at getting a few a month... His head may explode. It only sent seven from me. -
Not gonna write too much but... It shouldn't even have got to the penalties. Rooney being sent off was a total farce when some of the Portugese players got away with the stuff that they did... I doubt Ronaldo will stay at Old Trafford, if in the country, much longer. I was a little concerned about us having an Argentinian referee for the match but didn't think for a second it would be anything like that... And if Carragher hadn't had to retake that penalty and it had actually gone in... Things might have been different. *Sigh* Four more years. Maybe next time.

No Ryan, he just loves you! (If you too love Ryan, email Dan.)

^ I can't be certain, but I'd guess this one. -
Yay Love Train, yay The Ritz! You two are a pretty pair Boy. I'm the girl.

The least funny thing of the whole UK trip was Richard thinking it'd be funny to wear a Sweden shirt while sitting next to me on the flight, coming back from Sweden, during the England vs. Sweden match. B*stard. I'm nervous about tomorrow... My nails barely survived last week's match, and I smoked double the usual amount... My lungs and hands can't take the pressure!

^ That's because we were all in the arcade at the theatre looking for Cameron's name in the credits of some Pinball machine. Eric, I felt exactly the same way about Lightwater, I think that was just about the only park I had next to no enthusiasm for and didn't really care what I rode and what I didn't. I was a lot more perky by Flamingoland though. I rode the Ultimate three times, back, near the front, and middle. More than enough for me, ouch. -

Hi Ed! They were open, Anthony (CoasterCrazy) amongst others got a couple of pics: And yeah, Jeff totally lost. That's me in the background brushing off the two drops of water I got on me. -
Thank God for the "bah who am I kidding part"... I was just gonna ask who the hell you were and what you'd done with Cameron. So Ryan, how was your birthday? Other than the enjoyment you apparently got out of us all graffitiing ourselves and pounding you.

Casey tried to tell me that he bailed because there wasn't enough legroom... Yeah yeah. That show was the campest, most over the top, sometimes entirely redundant ice show I've ever seen, and I loved every second of it. The number where all they did was bang drums with symbols on them and chant "Pisces Aquarius Taurus Gemini Cancer Leo Libra Virgo Capricorn Aries Sagittarius Scorpio" over and over again while wearing spandex outfits and furry hats was my favourite part. Oh, and the bit where the curtain got caught on the doorframe as they pulled it off the rink. -

Holy crap I'd forgotten about that mask! I believe it was John and Paul who laughed hysterically at me when I screamed in terror. -
Great, so now 14,000 people get to see me pound it instead of just 53?! I feel like Paris Hilton! LMAO at Daron doing that ^ at work!! Seriously, with them seeing incriminating photos and the like, you'll be lucky if you don't get sectioned...

Why should they have to lie? I understand the point, that lying would stop the kid from going through the misery of the camp, but to then have to lie about their life for however long afterwards... I would find it difficult to pretend that I was gay for a prolonged period of time, especially to people I was close to... Mustn't be easy.

Edited accordingly, sorry Paul! I didn't remember John was there either until I looked at the photos! I'm pretty sure that was the day after Clint and I stayed up in the bar all night instead of going to bed, the whole morning is a little fuzzy... Yeah, I think that's the probolem Chris was having, he stalled and then couldn't get enough momentum going again to finish the course. Looked like fun though. If I'd had the energy and hadn't already had 436 bruises I would've liked to do it! -

Okay, so the number of incidents requiring paramedics at Mission Space is higher than most any other attraction... Several reasons for this. One, Disney attracts a much higher crowd and wider audience than any other group, and many of these people, despite the warnings, WILL ride Mission Space even if it isn't suitable for them, simply because it's Disney, most famous for its more low-key thrills. As somebody posted earlier, out of the however many million visitors the attraction has had, that really isn't that bad a record. I agree with Jow, that Disney will settle out of court, to avoid horrific legal fees and prolonged bad publicity. The boy dying was a horrible tragedy, and I felt terrible for the family at the time, although I'll admit my sympathy has lessened slightly now I know they're suing... Yes, in some ways, adding the milder option does make it look like Disney is admitting some form of guilt, and I'm sure, should the case get to caught, that's what the prosecuting attorney will make it look like, but if it may avoid further such incidents in the future, then maybe it's worth it. Despite appearances, whatever anybody says, Disney were NOT guilty of negligence in any way relating to the attraction itself. The boy's condition was undiagnosed, his mother, as his legal guardian, made the decision to allow him to ride, and he met the height requirement. No problem. End of story. The defibrillator thing is a different matter though... If they have them at other, milder attractions, surely they should prioritise and have one at Mission Space? I know they're expensive, but Disney's hardly short of funds, especially when it comes to customer care, that's one of the things they're best known for. Has it been officially said that there wasn't a defibrillator there though, or is this lawyer-produced bull? -

The Ultimate was sorta fun... And sorta scary... And REALLY hurt me... I still have no opinion on it. Too confused. I'd forgotten about all the fighting with Ryan that day... Random fact: Robb runs REALLY fast for somebody his size, I was shocked! And you guys weren't QUITE the only people to do the skatecart thing, I watched Chris, the Aussies, Paul, John, and Dan do it, hoping that one of them might stack it and be horribly maimed, but unfortunately they all made it. Although I think Chris did give up on the last turn and walk the rest of the way because he couldn't get his cart to move or something. EDIT: Dead photos, will put back up later.
