I heard that Superman: Tower of Power at Six Flags Over Texas is claimed to be the tallest. Or the park says it is at least. I don't know if I believe it though. Doesn't look that large compared to the Intamins drop towers. In my knowlage, I think the tallest is a drop tower in Japan. The name forgets me, but I believe it had the word "Blue" in it. --James

Best Day for Six Flags Magic Mountain
Team Thriller replied to Justin's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I know it's not in June, but 4th of July weekend, the park was empty when I went. I don't know if that was a one time thing or just a trend though. In June, Wed. morning sounds better than Monday because of the midweek status, but Sunday, the day lots are in church, might be another good day. --James -

But remember, TTD and Kingda Ka's drops are one in many examples of drops that carry the vertical status over 150+ feet. But like you said, for a coaster like this. I think it's realistic enough. I really like the color for some strange reason. It makes it look 'big and bad'. Some names could maybe be Posion Arrow, Maniac, or Speed Strike. Corny names, I know. --James -

^ Turbine was good, as always. The launch was still powerful. The spikes where still up at there full height. I agree. Vertigo is really massive. It takes up the hole park skyline. --James -
Good catch. Since I didn't write the joke, I have no clue. But maybe it was rapped around his waste like a belt. Dang, now I'll be thinking bout' it all day. --James

^ I'm talking about more with the editing. I changed the size, and reposted them but they didn't seem to change at all. I found out how to change the size, I just don't know how to make it look like I did. --James -

Hummmm... I having some trouble resizing this pictures. They always turn up the same. The size really is bothering me. Can someone give me some tips on how to resize pictures easy. Thank you. --James -
Here are some of the ones I know. A man walks into a bathroom. He sees another man without arms trying to undo his zipper. The man without arms looks over at the person. "Excuse me. Can you maybe...um...undo my zipper?" The person seems not to want to but helps out the armless man anyway. He unzipps the pants. "Thank you. Do you think maybe you can...um...pull it out." This time. The man really doesn't want to. He was about to walk away, but decides to help out. He pulls it out. It's the grosses thing the man had ever seen: Scars, scratches, and other nasty skin problems. After the armless man did his buisness. "Can you maybe do on last thing. Put it back in." The man does it trying not to gag. After a brief moment the man looked at the armless man: "So..um...what happened to your...um...thing?" The armless mans arms come out of his sleeves. "I don't know. But I'm not touching it." ---------------------------------------------------------------- A man is walking through a National Park. He looks over and sees a naked homeless person hugging a tree. The man walks over to the naked homeless person. "Excuse me, why are you hugging the trees" The homeless man replies. "It's national tree hugging day." "Really? I better join in then." The man runs over and hugs a tree. The naked homeless man pulls out a rope and ties the mans arms so he is tied to the tree. The man tried to escape from the ropes but the naked homeless guy tied it to tight. 2 hours later: The Ranger walks by: "Excuse me. Why are you naked and tied to a tree?" --James

Pictures are acting funny. Hold on. I'm fixing em' -
Hey hey. This is the Walibi thread. Since I'm a season pass holder. I deceided to post all my pictures of Walibi. I'm not much of a writer, so I'll just get on with the review and photo TR. TR - 1: June 24, 2008 -Walibi Belgium really is going down hill. The rides are breaking. Today, Vampire, Inferno, Vertigo, and Octopus was down. Werewolf was horrible at loading. Turbine and Cobra had horrible dispatch times. And the staff really are becoming jack-a$$es. -On lighter news. I got to finally meet TPR. even though it was the worse day for Walibi, it was the funniest time I've had at it. -The lines poured out into the midway. We waited an hour and a half just for Werewolf and Turbine, 50 minutes for Clamarty Mine, and even 20 minutes for the bumber cars. It was the most crowed time I've had there. Pictures to follow:

Castle Park to open Dragon Flyers!
Team Thriller replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Those are the coolest flyers you could imagine. I think this will help Castle Park. I remember awhile ago (When I acually lived in Cal.) thinking that Castle Park isn't probably going to last due to the other tons of parks that are bigger and more popular around the area. But this really could change things. This is great news! Again, I love the look of the cars. --James -
