Philrad's '09 theme/amusement park visits
rckrazy06 replied to Philrad71's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Looks good. I go to idlewild once every few years. Too bad you didn't get on the Wild Mouse though, it is by far the best mouse I have been on. And I don't know were the 2 speed slides disapeared to, but no, they aren't wooden water slides! -
RCT pairs 2-the contest lives on
rckrazy06 replied to the ghost's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I'll help judge. I can't play though since I always seem to have a problem locating screenshots and parks on my computer. But I'd be happy to help judge. -
LIM Coaster Contest
rckrazy06 replied to Eric_Smith's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I guess I'll give it a shot. Hopefully I'll be able to finish this one unlike I did in the Stand Up contest. -
[NL] Iron Butterfly

Wow, that was a really good ride with a great layout. The only complaint I have is you need to slow it down on the brake run a bit more because when the trains stop in the station, they stop to far up, but other than that, great coaster. EDIT: 7.5/10 -
Yeah I was definately thinking it was to long to. That overbank behind the staion seems like it wouldve been a good end point. Assuming that you don't shorten it though, coming out of that final helix before the last few airtime hills sees like you kept it banked a little bit to long. You couldve straightened it out sooner it seemed like. Lastly, are the trims on the return course necessary? It didn't seem like they slowed the train down all that much. I'm also not feeling the supports but if thats the way you want them to be, let it be. Good job though on the most part.

Thrill Point Park [RCT2]
rckrazy06 replied to BelgianGuy's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Whenever you save your game, open up the options window and click on the box next to "export plug-in objects with saved games" then re save your game so people that don't have certain CS objects you used can still open up the park. -

I won't be finished either. I still have to work on smoothening and add supports. Sorry. -

I'm pretty sure he said the spine does, so I'd say that counts. -
[NL] Stand-Up Contest!!

I guess ill give it a shot. Edit: some of those boxes are pretty close to the area you have the keep the coaster in and seem almost impossible to get the coaster through while keeping it in the designated area. -
Mortal Combat [NL]
rckrazy06 replied to rckrazy06's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Oh, sorry, DBru, I had no idea you had one with the same name. I don't really want to change it though. So the name's sticking -
This is my third coaster. It is an Intamin looper with a vertical lift like Fahrenheit. It is about 135 feet tall and features 5 inversions. Enjoy. Please comment and criticize. Mortal Combat.zip Mortal Combat

Looks good, I do like the themeing and buildings. the wooden coaster catwalk idea was good to. I do have to agree it is kind of short, but it is a micro so you are limited. I also don't like how you made the trains rainbow colored, it contrasts REALLY bad IMO. The other thing is that I think you used to many different kinds of terrain. I mean what kind of mountain has grass, sand, dirt, gray rock, brown rock and rain forest terrain all in one? And the last thing is that I think it could use some tall trees instead of just a bunch of shrubs. Other than that I like it. The layout isn't as bad as some people say but it could use a little spice. Look forward to seeing more.
