Little Coaster Girl

It is going to dorney. They have there markers set up where there putting it already. Not sure if there going to put it up soon, or wait till the off season.

We will be there on the 13th for a picnic. We havent ridden wildcat since it got its new trains this year.

I love dorney, i wish i lived closer than 2 hours away, i miss it when i leave.

They look nice, but without padding, there just trading one pain ( your headache) for another ( your stomach ache).

Ok one more dumb question , if there is a seperate parking lot for hotel guests, do you pay for parking ? , do you have to pay for parking each day your there or just the once if you stay there and dont move your car ? How much is it ? Sorry i guess that was 3 dumb questions.

I like dorney alot. I think because the staff is pretty fast at loading and unloading, and there is just the right amount of security, not too much, not too little. But i dont agree with some of the people about the coasters, i think some of there coasters are great. I love Steel Force, and always will. And i love talon. I think its the best inverted coaster i have ridden. I agree on the mouse, its got great themeing , but the staff really slow down that ride loading. I also like Hydra. Its best in the back. I personally would rather go to Dorney than six flags great adventure ( if it wasnt for el toro & nitro).

^^ That was my first loop, a vekoma. I love loops, the only problems i have with any are the barrel rolls or i think they call them also heart line rolls, not sure, see pic below that i got off of RCDB. But as far as loops, i love them.

^^ Thunderhawk is like that at dorney park, especially if there running 2 trains. You go from fast to stop, not fun.

Is there a parking lot for the guests of the hotel or do you have to park in the same parking lot as people going to the park only ? It would be nice that i wouldnt have to lug my luggage so far.

Thunderhawk at dorneypark, i cracked/bruised my ribs on that one. I still ride it in the front though, the back i stay away from, too painful. Rolling Thunder at six flags great adventure and trailblazer at hersheypark for boringness. Thanks for the info. If the hotel isnt actually inside of the park, can you still come and go between the park and hotel as you please ?

Since this is kinda what i want to ask, and so i dont make up another topic, i was wondering if you can bring in food to the hotels ? Meaning bring food with you for the stay, or do they search you there like they do to get into the park ? I have stayed at hotels before and brought my own food to save on some money, but wasnt sure what there policy was since it was a hotel basically inside of a park. Thanks.

I think i would have throwed something at him to wake him up, thats just stupid. I agree with the above post, fire the idiots, i dont want them there working when i am getting on any rides. I know you dont get paid alot of money at these parks, but i still think it would be cool to work on a coaster or something like it, i dont think i would be bored. But i do have a suggestion for those people who tend to fall asleep when peoples lives are on the line on a ride, how about hooking up a small wire to them and if they dont move every so many minutes, it zaps them ? Sound good ?

Thanks for the help. I will avoid the road. The directions yahoo maps gives you is in and out on cedarpoint drive, so we should be ok. I plan on staying there for 2 days at one of there hotels. I wasnt sure by your pic of the road which one it was, thanks for letting me know it was the drive. I am glad its land and not a bridge, all i kept thinking of was the florida keys.

Ok i have a few questions, because i want to go there next year. Which road did you come into the park on ? Cedar point road or drive ? and was it the same coming out or a different way ? Also if you know does the road have a bridge ? I think the drive is a bridge between the mainland ohio and the island of cedar point but not sure. Also are they tall bridges if there are any ? Sorry for sounding so stupid but i have problems dealing with driving close to large body's of water like that, i hope i can handle it.

Does the memphis kiddie park have any coasters ?

Well no one had built one for 40 years, plus they have to update it to todays safety standards. Also they had to clean up the flood last summer, so that took alot of time away from the project.

Exactly! I think if terrorists want to attack there going to attack bigger stuff and not worry about a coaster that isnt even running. It sounds like to me that they dont want anyone to catch any of there screw ups on camera. I do want to get there in the near future so i can get the credits before they all disapear. At least one of there coasters is actually coming closer to me. (Dorney)

The front seat has nice air also, its unbelievable how much the phoenix tames down from sitting in the front seat to sitting in the second seat.

Technically no one bashed any christians till they started bashing the gay marriages at disney, for which this topic is about. And if you didnt believe in it, why did you get on here and post ? If i didnt like gay's and gay marriages, i would have looked at this post headline and said i am not going near that subject, i dont like those people and i dont want to even talk about it. Instead you came here and knew there would be arguments, because there always are when religion and politics are involved. Now like i said in a previous post , i wonder what you get for that amount of money ? Is it the same price for everyone, even if your not a gay couple ?

Well i only see people who call themselves christians on here complaining about gays. From what i have heard about Jesus (yes i believe in god) , that he wants you to love one another and not screw each other over and be mean to one another, then he sounds pretty cool. Doubt he had much to say about what was put in the bible under his name. But isnt that just like most people's gods, there are terrible things done in there name ( Iraq ). I am all for freedom of speech, and opinion. And if you dont believe in gay marriages because YOU dont like it when you see it , thats fine, this is a free country. But please dont use your religion as a crutch. As far as the price is concerned, i dont think that sounds too bad concidering what it could cost. I of course couldnt afford that, but it sounds nice. I wonder what it includes ?? Is it just the actual wedding or does it include a nights stay at the hotel or what ??
