^ i've noticed that many six flags parks don't open a lot of things beofre memorial day and after labor day...for example when i went to six flags darien lake in late september last year, they had boomerang closed, predator running one train, ranger closed, among many other closed rides and games and shops and restaurants

that's not really a chain, they have only have one park (that I know of)

my actual favorite ride at six flags over texas was superman tower of power. I love the combo ride....and it's so tall! I rode that 8 times which is a lot for me. it's actually probably my favorite non-coaster ride...but i'm not sure. this how i rate them- Mr. Freeze 8/10 Texas Giant 7.5/10 Titan 8.5/10 Shockwave 6.75/10 Runaway Mountain 7/10 S:TOP 10/10 B:TR 7.25/10 Judge Roy Scream 6/10 Mine Train 3/10 La Vibora 6.5/10 Flashback 4/10 Wildcatter 4/10 Mini Mine Train 4/10

IMHO, I think that pennsylvania has enough 'classic parks' just look at Knoebels, Lakemont Park, Kennywood, Waldemeer, Conneunt Lake Park, Idlewild, Delgrosso's, Dutch Wonderland, William's Grove, and Bushkill Park. They are all pretty much traditional parks. So, I think Dorney should be modernized. And as for being unique and special, I think that's where Hydra comes in...Jojo Roll, giant flatspin, no loop, inclined immelman, etc.
