  1. Where can you get them for $170?
  2. Is this the only other way to purchase these currently outside of driving to BG? Thanks.
  3. Wow very cool TR. I haven't had the chance to get back to Six Flags Great Adventure yet. It will be nice when they finally get the batman side of the chiller running again. Nice video of getting stuck on skull mountain too. Also CycloneMan what happened in the chiller accident last June?
  4. Flying is ok. You get to sit in a cramped seat for a set amount of time and then once you land you get to wait, for what feels like forever, to get out. I prefer to drive, but flying is definitely quicker. Oh and I would definitely recommend bringing some form of entertainment for the flight (i.e. Ipod, PSP, DS lite). Airlines do show movies on flights, but there headphone ports aren't regular standard 1/8" jacks. They split the the jack into two mono ports so that your stuck buying a pair of there headphones.
  5. My first coaster was Skull Mountain at Six Flags Great Adventure. The fun part of that was that I was there during there business class (DECA) day and was able to ride it three times in a row. The first drop from the last car on that ride is pretty fun.
  6. "10. I entered my ZIP code as requested, but received a message telling me I cannot purchase a season pass for the park I want. Why? For security issues with online purchases, your zip code must be within 300 miles of the park. If you live outside of that range, please purchase your pass directly from the park or select a nearby location." That is from the Six Flags Customer Support FAQ questions. So technically I think you could purchase it in person which would make sense considering you need to activate it in the park you purchase it at. Edit: I just google mapped Northern NJ to SFA and it's only 230 miles away so it still would work with buying it online. I also was able to put my zip code it and make it all the way to payment. So the only hassel would be having to drive to SFA to get it activated.
  7. Oh really? That's annoying with the 300 mile rule. Could you still buy one in person? Like say you met up with everyone the 21st at SFA, could you purchase one then?
  8. I was looking at the Six Flags America website wishing I could meet up with everyone on here on the 21st and realized that a season pass is only $69.99 for a premium play pass (a regular play pass is only $49.99!) when Six Flags Great Adventure is charging $89.99 for the same thing. If you order the pass from either site you still get access to both parks. I just wanted to post this to help anyone out. I live in NJ and I can't get over the fact that they charge $15 to park a car, not even Continental Airlines Arena is that bad.
  9. Hi Everyone, My name is Eric and I have been interested in coasters for a long time. I have a couple of photos that I want to upload to this site, but I need to get a decent scanner first. Outside of reading this forum I enjoy working with computers, video games, and recording/producing music.
  10. Cool TR. I was wondering what rides would be open.
