  1. That made me chuckle!!!! Guess I better show up? Craig
  2. I am Big Mike's #1 groupie this year, I should win a prize for that!!! Iggy--not as confused about this contest--ACE
  3. extra, extra, extra, extra ert was great. I just made sure that I got to the bus before Robb. The kids asked if we should run and I said " Only if you see Robb getting close"! Craig "who wasn't leaving GeForce till Robb got out of the seat next to me" Knor
  4. Schlossbeck was by far the best surprise for me on the trip! Also one of the WORST experiences for me on the trip. 1. NEVER think it is a good idea to push two grown men around on a tire swing/teeter totter. 2. NEVER think it is a good idea to listen to a grown man to slap hands as he spins around on said tire swing/teeter totter. 3. NEVER get to close to slap hands with grown men that can't control where their feet are on tire swing/teeter totter or your nuts will pay the price for a good laugh!!! 4. Never think it is a good idea to give your kids 1 euro for self operating cart. It is a good idea when said kids run over someone to look the other way and pretend you don't know them! Craig
  5. Jon are you done yet? Will the photos from Chef Mickey's make the report ( you know the ones!)! Craig
  6. Drivelet also has a shitting donkey that IS chocolate! The kids ate it too!!!! Craig
  7. Hey, did you just call me a loser? It was great meeting you even though our visit was cut short. At least you had Big Mike to yourself then. Craig
  8. Does this make us Bike Mike's #1 groupies????? Craig-- trying to inflate Big Mike Ego some more!
  9. Day 2.. So after passing out at 8:45 and not hearing the phone ring at 12:30 and 1:15 from so called friends at HWN, we woke at 6:30 to start our day and our 4 hour trek north into…. Almost wasn’t let in to Canada due to fact I didn’t have a signed note stating I could take the kids out of the country from my wife. I guess passports are just not good enough yet. So after a lenghtly delay to get across the boarder. We found our way to….. First ride of the day and we rode with our lap bar not locked. Turns out when the op went to check it, Gage was behind us was leaning on the bar and the op thought it was locked! Oops…. Good thing it was only a kiddie coaster… Goliath is by far my favorite B&M. This ride really is great and delivers some good air. For a Batman clone this was running very well……. La Ronde is set in a very nice location being on an island in the river. Very unique and also has a lake in the middle of it…. My only real complaint about La Ronde is it is not up kept well. Weeds were taller then the plants they just planted. Grass not really cut yet. And this was everywhere……. La Ronde has a nice collection of rides but the park itself is not well maintained. Also they have some very interesting mascots that roam the park. Don’t ever have kids……. Coming back across the border was another fun experience. My driver side window doesn’t come down and the border patrol got out to check the door to see if anything was lose. I don’t believe he believed me when I said we went to La Ronde. He couldn’t understand why someone from Indiana was up here to go there!
  10. I was in the hot tub that is connected to the pool and my daughter was laying on the ledge between the two. I lunged across the hot tub to push her in the pool and hit the tiled cement seat you sit on! Craig
  11. Day 1 1/2.... What a crazy ass weekend this was for me, Gage and Caitlyn. I hadn't planned on going or taking Friday off work but it worked out that I moved my job for Friday to Tuesday. So off towards NY on Thursday after the kids got out of school. My first plan was to stop at Waldameer on Friday but Lisa convinced me to stop on Monday as they would be there then. Thursday at 4 pm I left Munster, Indiana and drove east on I-90 till 2:30 am. I couldn't take it anymore so I pulled over in a rest stop and slept for three whole hours. Got back on the road (lucky kids still got to sleep) and at 9 am we arrived here… It had a very nice feel to this park. Very old school with all the themeing. Very nice ride in the Comet… Only one bad spot on the way back that bounced but some very nice pacing to this ride and some very nice history about it also. TGE was a park that I would say is perfect for families with preteen kids. A nicely themed Mine train, but very boring! We also stuck around as the Big Mike Road Show (TPR member) was going to be there. We laughed at him trying to con a kid to ride the Road Runner Express, he did get the credit as we did this earlier but no one saw us. We left The Great Escape around 4 and headed here, as it was open… What a cute little park and a painful coaster.. They have some fantastic bumper cars!!!!!!!!!! After Gage used the last ticket for a solo train ride… we headed out and stopped here… and Caitlyn got this…. And I leave you with this. Never ever mess with your kids by the pool…. It will leave a mark!!!!!!
  12. Add that to the list that Gage and Caitlyn has but you don't, I even got that one back in "99"! Craig---thought Moto Coaster was actually a real fun ride.
  13. Mike if you held off on Jeepers till later in the day you could have rode with Caitlyn for her milestone ride! Craig
  14. I ran into the Bike Mike Road Show this weekend. First thing I said to Big Mike at The Great Escape was "Your not so big!" lol I first stayed at The Great Escape till it got there and was amused at Big Mike begging kids to ride! ( Me and my kids already begged someone too!) Then I spot this at Waldameer on Monday... Mike it was great to meet and hang out with you this weekend! Craig and the kids.
  15. $25 is for preffered parking. $15 is for value parking. Actually $25.00 is for general parking and $15.00 is for value parking. There is no more preferred parking.
  16. I don't know how anyone missed the announcement in their blog.... http://www.worldsoffun.com/public/news/blog/index.cfm?entry=c4324187-ba35-4557-9e54-935bdd9440cf There you go all questions answered! Craig
  17. The Boss = last six cycles of the night.
  18. THBS went down and closed for about the last two hours of teh day!
  19. I remember back in the early 80's you had to wait to play the chance games. Skeeball you couldn't even get close to them machines. SF needs to buy smaller and more likable prizes and lower the game prices. $3.00 to play one game is sick. How many times do you walk by and only 2 to 3 people are playing the games. If you lower them to $1.00 and a smaller prize I bet you will have all 10-15 spots taken and many people will play more for the value let alone have people waiting to play. I will not and do not let my kids play any $3.00 game for stupid stuffed animal that ends up in the garage sale or garbage can a year later. Not many kids care how big the prize is but do care about playing and possibly winning. Craig
  20. Yeah I love you too Sue!
  21. Hey Sue, If you have time before Kemah you could spend a few hours in the Space Center.... http://www.spacecenter.org/ It was one of the kids highlights when we we out there in Oct. We did everything in about 4-5 hours and the tour is a must hit while there. Craig
  22. Caught it going up the lift hill..... Iggy
  23. I believe it is...look at the suits in the bottom left corner and no cars are on the transfer track...
