Bad idea. We don't want customers passing out because of the air quality. Actually, this land is not near all the air pollution. This is country land being close to I-70. Actually, I-70 is less than a half mile away, just no exit. Here is the map of the location. Obviousely, Davis would have to be upgraded to handle any major traffic flow. And maybe a 70 Exit, besides they need one there anyway. I blacked out all the other land I don't hink is in with the land. This shows the land in relationship with I-70, 7th St. and US 41. Also, 46 is about 3 miles east.

I got a better location, IT is located in Terre Haute, IN, 137 acres of land and a 47 acre lake. The closest parks are 2 to 3 hours (six flags in St. Louis and Kentucky, KI, IB, and HW). There is not any type of amusements in this area except for a FFC with a tilt a whirl and carasuel.

as for that trim brake, it is needed because without it it is a safety hazard because you go as fast as you do in the first half on the second half with it on. With it off, it would be crazy. Plus it being after a rain (did it rain?) it would even be more crazy fast.
