You really CAN NOT find this coverage anywhere else on the web! So, a HUGE thank you to Robb and everyone else for busting their ass for bringing us updates.
  4. What about it? Do you have a construction update? Something new to tell us about? If not, why would anybody be talking about it?
  5. Actually, this sounds more like Six Flags' attitude in the 90's.
  6. Let's just move on. That post really should of been in the Rumor/Crazy Idea Superthread.

They will be included in the IAAPA bags of crap! And a close-up of those cool new waterpark q-bots. Wanna take a ride down the Alpine Slide? Close-up of that Mack spinning water ride. Here is that Flowrider/Lazy River combo. Speaking of models, here is Rip Ride Rockit! And we can't get enough of these awesome new Maurer wheels! They start off like this... Then get brighter as the wheels spin faster. And then... LIGHT SHOW EXPLOSION!!! This will be the view in Texas very soon! And you know, if that topper track doesn't work out, looks like there is a great business in picnic tables! Nothing better than a Coca-Cola Millennium Flyer! More crazy ideas from KMG! Want more models? Ok! Here's a Gerstlauer spinner! Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter with lap bars. Maurer Skywheel. The Happy Swing! "Can ARN&R please caption me?" NOTED!
  10. Day 3 - Update #4 - 5:50 P.M. - More from Proslide! You guys said you liked those Proslide models so much, so here's a few close-ups! They are all just so cute! You want to just pick them up and pet them. New Clover Wheel rafts. Can some of our TPR model builders do this? They look so real! This one is really awesome! Wildebeast model! And the world can never have too many photos of the Timberliner Trains, right? Side view!
  12. I have to agree with everyone else. The helicopter drop ride part of the video was hilarious!! In my opinion, M&R has had to have the booth with the biggest "wow" factor.
  13. Day 3 - Update #2 - 2:20 P.M. - The Booths of IAAPA 2010 Let's call this part the "Booths of IAAPA 2010" - an overall look at some of the displays. Here is Vekoma. Premier Rides Booth. 14. It is time for Day 3 Updates!! Update #1 - 12:30 P.M. - Kuka, Premier, U.S. Thrill Rides, and More! Another day on the IAAPA show floor! OMG! How did we not see this before??? It's beautiful! I believe they are praising Prince Desmond. Kuka are the guys behind those crazy Robocoaster arms and they say "un-officially" the Harry Potter ride. Did you know there was a Robocoaster at Epcot? Yup, these guys are still around too! Another look at Premier's coaster train. NERD SHOT!!! US Thrill Rides introduced and interesting concept that's a cross between a Skycoaster and a Gondola transportation ride. Designed by Bill Kitchen, the inventor of the original Skycoaster. "Riders can hang from the cable and can be propelled up to 30MPH." Euro Bungy never gets old! Carousel enthusiasts may appreciate this.
  15. If you aren't checking out the TPR Facebook page, you need to now! Hurry, Hurry!
  16. Day 2 - Update #4 - 5:45 P.M. - Vekoma, Ropes Courses, Technical Park, and more! Vekoma had some posters and pictures, but they wouldn't talk too much about 2011 rides. The Stingray is open in China! They were showing off a "Soarin" style system. Four Across seating anyone? They were showing a TPR produced video for their lap bar restraints... So they're cool! More comfortable? Yes please! Hmm...Could this be the Tron Lightcycles attraction that's been rumored? Hey look! They still make these things! S&S had a new theme for the Free Fly Coaster on display. Ropes Courses was there showing off... Surprise! A ropes course! Hey look! Elissa is at IAAPA! Mondial did have a nice Windseeker display. Sammy from Amusement Today was sporting his Club TPR lanyard! I'm pretty sure this was the result of a drug induced nightmare! Zamperla actually won an award for their awesome Luna Park display! Thank you guys for making awesome dark rides! Need any bumper boats? Technical Park, the guys who made that insane flat ride at Tivoli Gardens had a few new ideas to present. Their spinning coaster train seats are made from carbon fiber! They had a four across train also with carbon fiber seats.
  17. Day 2 - Update #3 - 3:30 P.M. - Proslide, Evil Devices, and Yellow Snow! Proslide always seems to be on the cutting edge of water park rides. Rick Hunter, President of Proslide showing off models of some of their latest designs. This model is a Hydromagnetic Mammoth, which is the next version of the LIM powered waterslide and features a 6-person "Clover Wheel" tube. The Super Loop is Proslide's answer to the Aqua Loop and also features a trap door free fall beginning. This is the Tantrum Alley and something new called the Bowling Alley where several bowl elements are included within the slide. The Mammoth Bubba is another design featuring the new Clover Wheel 6-person tubes. And there is a Bowling Alley slide scheduled to open in December 2010! Proslide's products get us seriously excited about water parks! Oh no! This evil device is back!!! I'm not sure what this is, but it looks cool! Thank you for making Wild Train awesome! All the plush you could possibly imagine! Lol! They want you to eat the yellow snow!

And let's not forget the insane HIGH FIVE element! Kara aka Timberskara not only Gives Kids The World, but she gives the world a car! These guys partner with Kuka for the RoboCoaster. This looks interesting. Not even exactly sure what this is...but it looks cool. Sartori had kind of an empty booth. Mondial had lots of pictures. I'm a little nervous about the Chinese Knock-Off Bumble Bee! Wiegand are the guys who do all those Alpine Slides and Coasters. This probably looks very familiar... ...but this is brand new! We are told it's kind of like a suspended Bobkart and one is opening in Germany for 2011.
  20. Day 2 of IAAPA 2010 updates begins now! Update #1 - 11:30 P.M. - LO-Q, Chance Morgan, Spiderman, and LOTS more! Need any reading material? There is plenty at IAAPA! Let's take a look at new hotness in virtual queuing! Lo-Q, makers of Q-Bot and Qtxt have an awesome new product... Qcredits is a new "credit system" and virtual queue device designed for water parks! Not only will this bad boy help you skip queues, but it doubles as a cashless system to purchase items in the park! And it makes even the creepiest of website owners look DEAD SEXY!!! Jay aka Hercules shows off National Ticket Co. The price is WRONG...bitch! ARM didn't have too much on display... ...while Rides 4 U had a crazy awesome display that gave you epilepsy just walking by! If you need a Scrambler, see these people! Fabbri didn't have many rides on display, but they were showing off some transportation systems. Chance Morgan had a car from the crazy awesome Brain Surge. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the tame look of this kiddie drop tower! It raped me of my virginity all over again! Wait until you see the video! Spiderman doesn't like Churros, but he loves Chicken & Rice!
  21. Congratulations to Nelson Glass for winning the first IAAPA Bag-Of-Crap! There will still be THREE more chances to win this week! So, good luck everyone! P.S. It might not be a bad idea to closely watch Robb's video again.
  22. Great video Robb! There really are some fascinating new concepts out there for the future. I especially liked Chuck Bingham's explanation for the High-Five element. Only Shaq and Yao Ming could actually high-five on it.
