  1. Ouch man that was kind of mean. This is only my second coaster ever. What did you not like( besides maybe the very end, but I tried smoothing that) I am actuaully kind of proud of the layout.
  2. MY RIDE IS NOW POSTED SO GO AND HAVE A GREAT RIDE ON HEADLESS HORSEMAN
  3. As everyone on this site knows Holiday World has an amazing terrain coaster called the Raven which is built by CCI. Is however is not common knowledge that after the success of THe Raven CCI decided to build another terrain based coaster in a small park in England. Here is the official logo ( Note I did not create this logo but it was from a logo site on google images.) The trackwork is complete, I do however need to add some supports and give the coaster a paint job. here is the logo headless horseman.nltrack have a good ride on headless horseman.nltrack have a good ride on
  4. I think that picture of paradise pier is actuaully better than the one on the post cards in the gift shop. I really think you should try to get some stuff made for Disney. I dont know who you would talk to, but I would gladly buy all those shots on a postcard.
  5. Thanks so much for your positive feedback. I will be sure to remember this on my next coaster.( It will be a woodie)
  6. Hey guys I am pleased to introduce firebird 1.0. This includes the track but the supports are messed up so please dont comment on them. Also remember that this is my first NL coaster. Firebird 2.0 will happen when my support question is answered (thanks for helping DBru.) firebird.nltrack Enjoy firebird 2.0.nltrack Firebird 2.0 is here. Please comment
  7. I have always been interested in imagineers as I know they are responsible for Disney rides and attractions but never knew if they are the designers for the rides or if they just come up with ideas for rides. I feel like everyone has some cool ideas for a disney attraction and I always wondered what you had to do to become an imagineer. Do you have to be a ride desinger for WED to become an imagineer or are they just very creative people? Does anyone know?
  8. does Disneyland California have a college program because my parents will only pay for school i California. I am only a junior but very much like and would gladly work for/ do the college program for the disney company.
  9. Hey guys here are some pictures of my first NL coaster Firebird.( The coaster will be painted for opening) It is B&M's first ever rocket with a top speed of about 50 miles per hour. The coaster so far features a barrel roll intop a loop( custom made) as well as a cobra roll.( slightly modified) There will be more to come soon as well as maybe a teaser. Enjoy
  10. OMG the first drop of that coaster is crazy for a kiddie. The new station looks great though. Hopefully I will have my first RCT3 park posted. It is currently in the works. Anyway great job and I cant wait to see more.
  11. That is an awesome idea. This park reminds me a lot of silver dollar city and Dollywood. This is truly my current favorite roller coaster Tycoon 3 park tied with Steffens park and CD5's park. Great Work and I cant wait for Renegade.
  12. Hmm. I am guessing you are`building a Vekoma flyer. Great`work so far.
  13. OMG I love B&M Hypers so much. Of course the only one I have ever ridden was Apollo. Behemoth looks awesome and I love the awesome helix drop.
  14. Possibly a launched flyer or invert judging by the cool look of the dynamite. THe track looks like flyer track though.
  15. About Animal Kingdom I dont really consider it a park and more one of the nicest zoos in the world. I mean the only two coasters are primeval whirl and expedition everest. THe section whirl is in destroys the rest of the parks atmosphere. However from what I have heard EVerest is at least really cool. The theming is beautiful.
  16. Hey Guys I feel kind of stupid and am kind of drawing a blank but I forgot how to resize screenshots. I really need help as my park is totally ready for its opening season and I would really like to post my pictures as I plan on this becoming a project that will definatley be continued. Please help and thanks so much The Ghost
  17. I tend to agree with DBru on this ( about the tower, not the entrance) It is by far the biggest thing in the area and without any major tall coasters or other attractions it does feel a little out of place. I really like it however and love this beautiful park.
  18. Hey Guys, I'm new to this site so I had better introduce myself. My name is Markus Ravenscroft and I live in London. I recently won a huge radio thing and got a lifetime pass to Yorkshire Hills Amusement Park, which just opened near us.. Today was great, but I will post pictures and give a more in depth review tomorrow. I will just review the roller coasters for now. Jack Rabbit- THis awesome terrain coaster was built by Vekoma and is a beautiful twister, and only 65 feet tall. The area where this coaster excels at is the terrain features as it goes underneath itself and gave a nice ride with some nice gentle floater air as well as some back seat ejector air time. It tied with my first favorite wooden rollercoaster, Megaphobia for my number one wooden spot. Hornet- This was a highly enjoyable Mack Spinning coaster. This coaster was not as good as Jack Rabbit but was still very fun and a great family coaster. THis was once again a great terrain coaster but the fact that it spunb made it very fun. THe line was always a walk on which was awesome. Photos will be posted tomorrow around one or two oclock ( Your time) but I need some sleep.
  19. Ohhhh. You are so lucky. I hate working a a water park . It gets to cold at night for water slide ERT and lines suck when you are wet at 11 oclock. Oh well, next summer hopefully I can work at Disneyd as I heard it was pretty flexible so I could work nights and weekends. I see it like this Water Slides< ERT on SCreamin, Indy, Space, THunder, Splash, Buzz, Tower, Pirates. And every other ride. I LOVE DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 And being a pass holder.
  20. Awesome, that is so cool looking. This park is great.
  21. You kind of have to go on ET and Balder to really get a full kick out of T Express I think. If you look at a Balder pov to me it does not look that amazing but from what I have hear the ejector air makes up for it. I live in wooden roller coaster hell aka California and have never been on a TPR trip so my number 1 is Ghostrider ( I know, it is pretty sad) so hopefully SFMM's GCI will change my mind when it opens next year. I am assuming that you are like me and prefer a twister to an out and back. THat is why I never really liked Colosus. Anyway sorry to get off topic. You have some great photos. I also agree with you that according to your photos it is kind of funny that T Express pretty much dwarfs the rest of the park. One day I really hope to get a plug n play credit. Have fun for the rest of your trip and keep posting.
  22. I think I just found the model or drawing on the GCI website and although there is no information the coaster is not fairly huge or long. The top height is about ninety feet tall with 3800 feet of track. I dont know if this is relevant but the coaster is not super huge or long so I believe these may be the right coordinates with a few changes. Could this be the new coaster from the GCI website.
  23. Yeah, This thread rocks, I cannot wait to get a new pass. JK, but seriousley Big Mike this thread is amazing, I need to read some updates as I have been out of it for the last few days as I got my wisdom teeth taken out . Have a great time at Coaster Palooza and hopoefully I will be able to see you at Knotts.
  24. ^ I highly doubt it is Dorney as they are a CF park and Cedar Fair has a lot of projects thisd year. If anything does go to Dorney in the future though I do agree it will be a woodie becuase the park only has one wooden coaster but many steels. I think that next season will be Dorneys ride to shine as Knotts got a new coaster very recently, Kings Island is getting a rumored B&M and Great America( or whatever the California park is called) is getting the new huge GCI. I am going to guess that this coaster is for SFMM due to the fact that according to the layout drawing that thing is huge while the coaster we are getting seems to be more family oriented such as Wildact at Celebration City. THis could be pretty aswesome as it looks like there will be a lot of airtime. This will almost for sure go into my favorite California woodie as my current favorite is Ghostrider. I cant wait becuase California is going to have a few great years with two new GCI's, a premier launched, and a massive DCA expansion including a new coaster.
