  1. Wow! The theming is incredible I can't wait to ride it! Thanks for the pics!
  2. Hey Steffen, thanks for the comments. On the subject of your questions, Calaway Park has left detailed instructions to make a perfect loop and heartline roll. Thanks! Unfortunately none of the programs he mentioned are made for mac, so I do it using the "show heartline" feature, for the heartline roll. When I put it up you will notice that its not really perfect. There is still a slight pump, but I'm trying to work that out right now, using the smooth feature, and just by riding it over and over again. And on another note, the download won't be up until a while. The support work is taking longer than expected. By the way, according to Golfie's guide for calculating the rollercoaster's capacity, my coaster can get in 1,600 persons per hour (depending that its not a Six Flags park , and all five trains are running.) Oh, and thanks for the comments, as always they're always appreciated!
  3. Thanks for the comments Matthew and Steffen_Dk. I just wanted to post another picture of progress on the station. By the way, all the supports are 100% hand made, and so is the trackwork. Unfortunately I have a Mac and am unable to AHG, so I tried to get the banking as smooth as possible, well anyways here's the pic. Remember, comments/suggestions are always appreciated! Thanks for looking! Station Update, (not finished). Right side entrance, left side, exit.
  4. Wow, amazing detail and landscaping. I find RCT2 harder to landscape and add CS than RCT3. Great work with this park so far!
  5. I really like this park. Its kind of like watching a six flags park (Marine World). Too bad that the intamin coaster immediately brakes after the last drop, but oh well. I'm sure the new hyper, Sulfur, will be full of airtime! Can't wait to see the next update!
  6. Wow! I love how the coaster track meshes with the supports, creating vines throughout this crazy ride. It's amazing how much work has been done on this coaster, and how the cs meshes withe ride. It has one of the most interesting chain lifts, and yet it still manages to look realistic with the help of your cs. I really can't wait for the download!!!
  7. ^I think he is saying between the two drops, after you come off the tressel. Yeah, I agree when I first saw the layout I was wondering if that would be the ending, after the loop thing. Then I realized it would be. It's kind of disappointing there isn't more after, especially with all that speed from the drop, but oh well. I hope to some day ride it, just for the incredible theming.
  8. Yeah, I'm surprised too how the park has sunk down to, dare I say it, Six Flags level! Unfortunately the park is spending money on new coasters, instead of fixing the reliability of others. Oh well, at least there will be a new coaster this year. I'm glad to see you didn't let the closed rides get you down. I remember last time I went, it was scorching hot, and for whatever reason they didn't open Perilous Plunge. Well, as me and my sister walked over to ride Xcelerator at night, we walked by Perilous Plunge. Leave it to Knotts to open up the ride, at night! Of coarse people won't want to ride it at night, it would be freezing outside if wet! Well, my random rant is over, and nice trip report. Its definately a good park to visit, when all the rides are open...
  9. Wow, awesome trip report. Too bad the weather wasn't bright and sunny, but oh well. At least there were no lines. I have always wanted to go ride Space Mountain mission 2, the theming looks awesome from the outside. I had seen other trip reports and, Indy, but I can't believe how bulky the trains are. It's kind of surprising they can even fit through the loop. By the way, does anyone know who mad that roller coaster, and Raging Spirits? Well thanks for the trip report, and I hope I can get out there sometime soon.
  10. I've known about converting the tracks into 3D files for a long time, but have never figured out how to do it. Any tips or suggestions? Oh, and the coaster looks good so far, really different, but in a good way. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
  11. This is perfect. I have always been looking for a way to calculate this on No Limits. Thanks for spending the time to create this formula!
  12. Interesting coaster you have there. I thought it was pretty cool how the second launched raced with the other, creating a semi duel thing. Unfortunately this coaster lacked the time put into really smoothing out, and fixing the coaster. If you spend more time on this coaster, then it will be smoother and more amazing. You already have the premise down. Now for the hard part, making it perfect. Good job on this coaster, and I'll look forward to seeing an edited version later, oh and BTW, I would suggest you remove that short vertical drop right before the final break run, and straighten the brake runs.
  13. Hey, you probably don't know me, but if you have been on Atari's RCT3 forums, you might. I'm complexaudio99, the creator of Frostbite, but I have taken a break from RCT3 to work on No Limits. This is my newest coaster called Tidal. It is a Euro Fighter 2 and contains 5 inversions. The supports are modeled after Gerslature's early supports on the Euro Fighter (Typhoon). Ride the wave on my latest ride. (Supports and stations still being worked on!) Oh, and thanks for looking. Comments/feedback is really appreciated! Track Layout, and thanks for looking! Remember, comments/suggestions are really appreciated! Track Layout Track Layout Track Station Track Overview What you'll be seeing as you ride through Tidal's compact track!
  14. yeah... I agree. It shouldn't be that claustrophobic, besides it seems this picture is only half of the stage, like they cut it in half to show you the details.
  15. After searching through the forum, I wasn't able to find anything about this show at DCA, except: www.laughingplace.com/News-ID504990.asp It actually looked like a pretty cool show, but I'm not such a fan of the cards part, but why was it taken out! I mean, it was no Fantasmic, but it was a way to get people in to the park at night. Too bad they couldn't figure out a way to do the show without closing Paradise Pier down for the night. Why was it given such bad reviews... Does anyone have any info of upcoming shows planned for DCA, or will DCA never have a nighttime show? Oh, and does anyone have a full video of this?
