Here's my California trip! I'm a new member but have have looked through these forums for more than a year now.
Weeeeee! Finally here!
Yummy Tatsu.
X was a one- of- a- kind experience, although it was a little rough.
Riddler's Revenge is my #3 ranked coaster for its loops and its smoothness. This is the perfect B&M, except for the lack of much airtime.
Woo hoo!
Goliath was pretty good too. Does everybody get tunnel vision on that intense helix?
Hello train. Goodbye train.
Scream was a good surprise. I didn't expect much of it.
KABLOOIE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had enough pictures of the Batman Begins Stunt Show to tell it's story, but I just chose the best two.
That looks like fun. Flying around in circles on a rusty truck grasping on to the roof rack.
Yummy Tatsu is my NUMBER 1 followed by Boss and then Riddler.
Translate Psyclone into Latin and you will get 'evil annoying ride of rough deathness that even hurts when you're going 2 MPH'
Ouch.
De... Ja... Vu... open... It was a choice between riding this or Viper so I chose this and I actually found it quite fun... very amusing ride...
When I got on the train for Collosos, a piece of it broke off and after 5 minutes of sitting there, they said they didn't need that piece and just ran the train anyway.
Also, before I got on Riddler's Revenge the second time, I wondered what would happen if the train would break down on the lifthill like in the RollerCoaster Tycoon games and, sure, enough, we were slowly making our way up the lifthill and the train stopped. I started laughing hysterically. I think the locking mechanism that holds the restraints to your height didn't work for someone. So one of the ride ops had to walk up the catwalk to press a button to lock it.
Unexpected credit #1
Desperado, Desperado, Desperado, DESPERADO!
Buffalo Bill's, Buffalo Bill's, Buffalo Bill's, BUFFALO BILL'S!
WHY DO I HAVE SO MANY DARN PICTURES OF DESPERADO! ON WITH THE UPDATE!
Unexpected credit #2- Manhatten Express at New York, New York Hotel and Casino
Despite what I heard about this being a TOGO death machine of evil roughness, it was pleasently re- rideable although I didn't because it was too expensive and I didn't feel like walking through the casino again.
Here I am at Six Flags Elitch Gardens's waterpark, Island Kingdom (I'm not the one right in the middle of the picture with the pony- tail thing. That's just some random person).
Funny story abou the speed slides. They go so fast you have to put your head completely back on the track/tube stuff and the little ridges on the track/tube HURT. On the helix thing I think I actually flipped around the enclosed track/tube thing.
Unexpected park #1- because the water park sucked.
Half Pipe! My #4
Lots of airtime!
A very fun, interesting experience. Better than the park which is probably the worst organized park I've ever seen. And those 'souvenir maps' they give you are absolutely no use!
Despite what I heard and despite how the chain lift whacks you around, Twister II is actually very fun (except for that tunnel where everyone screams and it echos everywhere)
Annoying boring stupid Flying Coaster. I mean, they could at least try to give it a cool name.
It took forever to find the entrance to Sidewinder, and the best part of the ride was the paint scheme on the trains.
Fire + Batman + amusement park = awesome. I leave you with this last picture.
I didn't get on Mind Eraser or Boomerang Coast- to- Coaster though.
After this trip I had 42 credits in total! Or something like that.
Bye!
