Not only is it one of the most fun mixes in the game, it's a damn nice song to listen to.

Today was the last day of theatre as I know it. It was the last day for the seniors at my high school, which make up about half of my advanced theatre class. Almost all the talent is graduating, and while I'm excited for them to move on with their lives and pursue greater opportunities, I'm genuinely scared for theatre next year.

I'm genuinely scared to check online to see how I did on my trigonometry test. I thought it was a really easy test, but that's usually the hint that means I was doing it all wrong. UPDATE: Eh, I got a 70%. Not too bad, I still have an 82% in the class. Now, if only I can keep it there through the final next week...

^ Well, the thing about the first game is that it was kind of a surprise that her humor was so dry and dark. Now that the secret is out that she's a sarcastic, homicidal robot that finds amusement in putting test subjects through rigorous, often deadly experiments, the focus of the jokes kinda had to change to a more silly tone. Which I enjoy. Like the "Say 'apple'." line. Update: THIS GAME IS BLOWING MY FLIPPIN MIND. I'm in chapter 7, at the first room that uses only the white gel. Just... wow, this is amazing.

So Portal 2 finally arrived today, and as soon as I got home and unpackaged it I began installing it. Wow. I've only played about an hour and a half of the single-player campaign, but I'm already loving it. It has the same charm as the original, while being funnier, in my opinion more challenging (and therefore more satisfying), and just as much fun. I'd say it's worth the eight days it took to ship from Amazon.

I don't know what I'm watching...yet I can't stop.

Hey, I didn't know Seanbaby was a columnist on Cracked! I haven't read anything from him since like 2009 in EGM, it's nice to see his blue hair and awesome sense of humor again.

Mike Patton and his music. It's just so bizarre, I really shouldn't enjoy it at all. Look up one of his bands, such as Peeping Tom, Mr. Bungle or Tomahawk, to see what I mean.

Tiny Vessels - Death Cab for Cutie I took this song off my iPod about a year ago, because the lyrics reminded me too much of mistakes I made in the past, missed opportunities, relationship issues, and the like. I put it back on just now. I need to learn to accept the past for what it is, and move on. This is my first step.

Listen to any song off Death Cab for Cutie's album Transatlanticism. The lyrics are perfect, and each and every song on the album is simply beautiful.

I just changed mine about fifteen minutes ago. It's from the Portal: Lab Rat comic that bridges the original Portal and its sequel, which should be arriving from Amazon either tomorrow or this weekend.

I think I need to give my 18-year-old sister a lesson about doors. If you're totally changing (i.e. you're basically naked), close the door. Don't wait for someone to walk past/into your room to yell "DON'T COME IN I'M NAKED". If a door is closed, knock and wait for a response. If a door is locked, knock and wait for a response. Don't knock, notice the door is locked, unlock it with the key we keep on the frame of every door that has a lock, and barge right in without saying anything. Please.

Portal 2 is on sale on Amazon.com right now... $30 for PC version, $35 for consoles. GAH, it's so tempting, but I don't think my parents will let me buy it, since I just bought Halo Reach this past month and have barely even touched games like Disgaea, Guild Wars, Borderlands, etc. that I bought a while back. UPDATE: Got it. If anybody plays the PC version, hit me up in 5-8 days!

Same here. I'm trying to beat my measly record of 200 seconds before tearing off my headphones and sprint away from my computer with a horrible migraine.

I made it 200 something seconds my first time through. It was just too much. UPDATE: I tried again. 649 seconds, and my head feels like it's about to explode.

I've got it. I'm really into DJ Hero 2 and Halo Reach these days, but I'm also willing to play some Burnout Paradise, Rock Band2, Battlefield 1943, 'Splosion Man, and a few others. No Blops or BC2 or Gears or any of that, though.

I really, REALLY want to use this as some sort of monologue for theatre. It's from the Elizabeth Taylor movie Cleopatra, when Octavian discovers that Mark Antony has died. Too bad it's so short, and I'll probably never have an opportunity to do a monologue ever again, seeing as I'm switching over to full-time theatre tech next year.

I was reading a thread on another website about the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (which is actually one of the best kid's shows on TV right now, if you ask me and about two thirds of the internet), when the single greatest sentence I have ever read appeared.

I'm so done with "onewheeled999"... I wanna come up with a new username to use online. Something that doesn't have the "999", preferably, that just looks like I'm trying to be hardcore but don't want to put "666". I guess that's what I get for coming up with this username at age 11 or so. Too bad I'm damn uncreative.

I just heard the best response to that whole "videogame violence desensitizes you!" argument. "It's desensitized me alright; violence in video-games has desensitized me to violence... in video-games. It's certainly much easier for me to kill in video-games than it used to be. But in regards to real life... no. Not even slightly. I don't even like killing large insects in real life."
