  1. I would change it to some kind of brick, to maintain the dark atmosphere and at the same time vary the colors. ^While it is true that NE is supposed to be home to the best coaster builders, many skilled designers have never even heard of NE. Don't look at NE as some sort of a goal, look at it as a bunch of grumpy perferctionists who only except what they believe to be the best. That sasid, this is a really good park. The attention to detail is incredible. Keep it up and Im sure you'll be at NE in no time.
  2. The invert looks sorta nice, could use some supports. Try to build the stations off the groud, since almost all coasters are set above the ground level of their surroundings. It'd be nice to see some closer shots of everything, since I can't really see anything except the invert.
  3. ^^ This is very good, but not really NE caliber. Also, the trees by the rocket need some variation and the dark path near the invert should be changed to something other then gray or black. I like the invert's layout and the support work. Keep it up. ^ Those are a set of catwalks by Phatage. Download some parks and I'm sure at least one of them has them. You could also build a 4D coaster lift under the lift of the other coaster and you'll get almost the same effect, use 0-clearence to build the 4D right under the other one.
  4. RCT 1&2 are very different from the 3rd one. Keeping them separated will ensure that people don't get confused. This will keep the forums very organized. Thisis by far one of the messiest forums Ive seen in a while.
  5. This does pretty much what it says. Many of the threads here are simple questions with simple answers; and many of them only have a few posts and then are never used afterwards. I think that all the Q's relating to RCT2 should go here. This I hope will clean up the forums. Do I smell a Sticky? Just a thought. Also, RCT3 and No Limits Q&A threads will help also.
  6. Well if you're done thats a whole different story. Looking forward to it
  7. I believe it should work, Ive been able to open parks like that before. And you could just upload very detailed pice if it doesn't.
  8. ^Dude check your posts after you post to make sure that you don't double post. It would help to know which game this project is in. I would advise against setting a release date until you are actually finished. And that "train returned but..." quote goes with a coaster more then with a whole park. Sounds interesting, looking forward to it.
  9. Pros: -A lot of attention to detail. -The flyer looks amazing, and I love the way it interacts with the area by going under and over paths. -The entrance looks incredibly realistic. Cons: -The really large building's roof looks too simple compared to the section near the entrance. I would at least add something to all the sections that are adjacenet to the paths. -The info kiosk in the middle of the main midway should be off to the side. They're usually on the side by the entrance, along with guest info, lockers, etc. -This is being really picky, but I think that the coaster's line is too short. There's always gonna be a lot of people that have problems with other's work, simply because it's so different from their style. If you are just gonna make everything the way others would like you to, your park will lose it's originality. Take some suggestions but I wouldn't change anything just because someone else told you to. Keep it up, this looks great!
  10. Add some other tree. The fact that you have the same trees all over really brings the screens down. The blue invert's station is too boxy, but thats easily fixed with a few roof segments. THat whole area is too conjested, with the two coasters and the Log Flume. I'd delete the dueling coasters and do some serious terraforming there and built a kick ass log flume there instead.
  11. ^ I concur. If you have lines of the same trees, delete every other one and replace it with some other one. You also have too many gardens. If you must keep them, again remember to vary the colors and add some fences to those paths. THe second screen neeeds some serious terraforming, and again some vegetation variation. On a positive note, I like the idea of having two Cobra Rolls. Now if you ad some supports it will look great.
  12. Easily one of the best parks I've seen in a while. You did a great job of capturing the atmosphere of a Disneyland park. Your archy is brilliant. Great job
  13. I love the layout, especially the big batwing that goes under the path. Add a catwalk under the lift hill and the brake run and cover up the stall.
  14. One premade ride is too much. When you use something someone else made it gives your park the feel of somebody elses park, not to mention that all the premade rides look like crap.
  15. You posted this on NE? It's in the Advertising district probably, I don't check it out often. It's deffinetally NE caliber. But you're right about the random buildings in parks. Very well done.
  16. ^Would rather kill myself. V Is a Michael Jackson fan
  17. Dude, where's my scenery??!!! Needs supports, trees, buildings, theming and some other minor things. And PLEASE don't use the premade rides.
  18. Pretty nice ride. I like the 1st screen and the 6th screen with the two turnarounds. Not very smooth though. Nice job overall.
  19. The realism in this park is great. It really does feel like a Paramount park. Two things that bother me is tha amount of grey path and the brick wall texture. All the buildings in the area have simple textures like solid grey or black. Also the 4 white supports on the roof bother me. Overall nice job, can't wait for more.
