  1. 1. Six Flags Great Adventure (best coasters, Skyride, Safari) 2. Six Flags Magic Mountain (good coaster collection) 3. Six Flags over Georgia (good coaster collection, Monster Mansion, Skyride, Train, nice landscaping) 4. Six Flags Fiesta Texas (2-3 good coasters, nice theming, quarry wall/landscape) 5. Six Flags Great America (2-3 good coasters, a bit of theming) 6. Six Flags over Texas (2-3 good coasters, nice theming) 7. Six Flags New England (have only been there before RMC-Cyclone, nothing to do there besides Superman (not into flats/waterrides), rough Goliath, Batman just ok, little theming, but overall was not impressed when comparing to other Six Flags Parks)
  2. Has anyone experienced that they sell out online weeks in advance? We might preorder the passes for the 3rd or 2nd of July a few days before to check the weather, but now we are a little bit concerned about the availability... Quote from themeparkinsider.com on June, 26th, 2015: " .... Anyhow, I didn't understand the difference between FL and FL plus (which is already SOLD OUT online for every weekend in July) but now it's starting to make sense......" http://www.themeparkinsider.com/discussion/thread.cfm?page=562

  4. Hey guys, need some help for our trip later this year: We are staying at Breakers from 30th, June until 05th, July, 2016. We are eventually spending 4 days at the park (1st-4th, July). 1) Let's say weather will be fine the whole time, which day do you think will be most crowded? 2) Do you recommend to buy Fast Lane Plus in advance? 3) How often do they sell out? 4) Do the fast lane prices go up during the season? Thanks.
  5. Holiday Park with Expedition GeForce! About 1,5 hours away....
  6. Definitely appreciate your honest opinion, but I find it interesting that you think Behemoth is the stronger and better ride.... I thought that Behemoth was one of the weakest B+M Hypers (along with Raging Bull) I have ever ridden. For me Leviathan was far superior to this one. But I will conquer Fury in June and have the ability to judge on my own, looking forward to try it out. By the way, nice pictures!
  7. Cedar Point: 2016 B&M Dive Coaster Canada's Wonderland: 2016 Launched B&M Wing Rider King's Dominion: 2017 B&M Inverter Dorney Park: 2017 GCI Wooden Coaster Carowinds: 2018 Launched B&M Wing Rider Knott's Berry Farm: 2018 B&M Hypercoaster King's Island: 2019 B&M Giga Valleyfair, Worlds of Fun and Michigan's Adevnture might only get smaller additions...... I would love some Intamins or RMC coasters but I guess B&M is the most likely company Cedar Fair likes to work with...
  8. I'm definitely looking forward riding Fury325 in June! My favourite coasters are Maverick, Sheikra and Skyrush. I also like El Toro and Millenium Force as much as I305 and Leviathan. I don't always need a ride, where you have to "fight" with intense greyouts, sickness or brutal ejector airtime and Fury seems to be a perfect fit for many who just like to enjoy giant sized coasters with lots of speed and graceful elements. No need to bash B+M for what they are designing....
  9. I guess the expansion might start in 2016 with being complete in 2017. So no big coaster until 2018 I think...
  10. My vote goes also to Bizzaro at SFNE and X2. Bizzaro was quite good but not overall amazing, X2 was way too rough to enjoy.
  11. Definitely Outlaw Run last year! I thought it would be the best wooden coaster because of the hype about it. But it really felt sluggish. I like Iron Rattler, Texas Giant and Goliath at Great America much better.
  12. Any idea when the coaster may open? I know the official word is "Summer 2015", but the current construction progress and the weather delays make me wonder if they are still on schedule. Any chances it might be open on Memorial Day?
  13. They are running out of track, only 6 pieces left, Clermont needs to send more truck loads so they can finish the track.
  14. Although Laff Track will be a nice family addition, I am looking forward for their next big coaster, hopefully in 2016.
  15. Well, Leviathan's track was completed on February, 7th. The remaining work like testing, electronics was done in about few weeks after that completition date. So again, Fury is supposed to be open on March, 28th, depending on weather, according to Mike Fehnel.
  16. http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2014/12/04/5361352/carowinds-tops-off-new-fury-325.html#.VIhby3tix8E Yes it is!

  18. My vote goes to Iron Rattler! Then Goliath and Texas Giant. Outlaw Run is my least favourite.
  19. I thought Outlaw Run is not as good as Goliath. OR is not as smooth . The layout is crazy but it feels a bit rough while riding, the train scuttles through the course (even Thunderhead is much better than OR). My friend who was riding with me didn't like OR at all. It was just ok. I like NTAG, Rattler and Goliath much better.
  20. Do they still have problems with the wheels? I wonder why they cannot fix the issues.......
  21. Is Goliath open right now or still down? I wonder what's the problem with it.......Going to the park on Sunday and Monday.................
  22. Sounds like Goliath has problems with the orange train again. It seems that it may not open today. http://sfgamworld.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=14450&start=2875
  23. So with all the ongoing discussion about delays and ride structure problems with the overbank, when do you guys think the ride may open? I thought the park wanted to release new dates last weekend? Are they still aiming for a June,13th opening?

  25. What the hell are you talking about? You obviously don't know how construction works, there's much more going on than you think. Stop assuming irrational, stupid things and just trust the workers to build the coaster. No need to be so rude. Just shared some thoughts.
