Sea World? They have coasters there? The Sea World I went to they had one coaster, the atlantis, it wasn't even that great. After the first drop it basically went to a dead stop as it went through a shallow pool and people could pay quarters to spray you with freezing cold water. Because of that, i got sick and had to stay in for the rest of the trip. (

Drink a protein shake after you do a hard workout, helps build the muscles up better and quicker. If you don't work it off, you will get fat. I don't take any of that crap, I used to be 300 pounds, im 260 now and still workin it off, I eat normally, just work hard to burn it off. I would just take multi vitamins if I were you, your body will become dependant on that for a main source of protein.

A game back in march. It was fun, our team was a great team. I only have pics from airsoft of me... I dunno why. Anyway, top row, left to right. I think people can get an idea of what I look like now. I am the one mostly in the center, I have the m4 resting on my stomach(its pushed out...) This was from a recent game back in May, I beleive the beginner's game on May 5th. Anyway, its a great form of exercise and a ton of fun. Ben has some pics of when were at the Newburg Picnic, I don't know if he posted them yet.

I sprained my leg Sunday, so I couldn't go to MOUT training(Military Operations on Urban Terrain). So I finished the weekend at Newburg Hick Fest.

I plan to visit Neverland Ranch with all of my friends. I mostly go to hick fests and fairs.

I go on the laptop and play starcraft or post on boards, like this one.

You know, I saw x-men 3, and it is becoming just another series. They don't really explain how Juggernaut gets his powers or anything, they are just there. I still think the first x men was the best. The scene with Nightcrawler in the beginning was awesome. I wish my powers were as good as his. It is like jurassic park, the first one is the best, then the 2nd and third are just like, meh, dinosaurs, cool. Btw, I wasn't in the first 3 x men, I should be in the 4th one. We will see though, eh?

Anyone play airsoft from Wisconsin? I play it religiously, we meet every saturday or sunday to worship.
