Hi, never been there in August, but I don't think Dorney as any express pass system in operation. The waterpark at Dorney is nice and if the weather is going to be good, you can have a fun day at Dorney and waterpark. Great Adventure has the better rides of course and if you're not into waterparks, I would go for SFGAdv.
