Okay so the big question is with this thing sitting there ready to operate and construction finished is Kingda Ka now open all day everyday (with the exception of it's usual frequent breakdowns)? It makes no sense to wait for Zumanjaro to get permits to open Kingda Ka. If construction is done and Kingda Ka can operate with riders with Zumanjaro open then it should be open with Zumanjaro closed. Right?

Cyclone runs much better than it used to thanks to Topper Track. If I were you I'd head for Goliath first, then do Pandemonium as it has low capacity, Sky Screamer (if you want to... this will have a long line though), Cyclone and Flashback if you want to put yourself through that. Then you can really just work your way back and ride the rest of the coasters. Goliath and Pandemonium are best to ride first though since one has awful capacity and one breaks down all the time so if it's running just get on it and get it over with. The mouse has a low capacity too but it's not that popular so it's not a big deal if you ride it later. BTW if you don't have a Six Flags season pass don't park in their lot. Everyone across the street from the park has signs out front with parking prices between 3 and 5$. It's cheaper and more convenient than parking in the SFNE lot.

The area you're describing is exactly where the new ride is going though. Golden Kingdom is incredibly dark... so dark that I can't believe it's in a theme park. I'm happy that the faint blue light is back on Ka but they've lit that tower multiple times before and it never lasted more than a season. Usually it only lasts a few weeks.

Most likely none, the ride is at Six Flags Great Adventure so it's a guarantee that the ride will have no lights on it at all (they have a faint blue light they may use for a few weeks but it will never last and even that's no guarantee). I was actually surprised to see that they had a few lights in the queue line. I think I saw two in the last picture they posted. I expected them to just use moonlight and the lights from El Toro's station and the queue building a few hundred feet away for ambient light like they do with Kingda Ka's queue. This is completely stupid and ridiculous but they don't really believe in lights at Great Adventure, especially in the Golden Kingdom.

Great pictures, especially of the new Gemeni midway. -

All Diamondback needs to operate efficiently is one less employee... the grouper, that way all rows will actually fill. -
While some of the points brought up in this thread are great, it's important to remember not to take your day at the park too seriously. Expecting everyone at the park to act like enthusiasts is unreasonable. People should always have common courtesy no matter where they are, but if it's just an issue that's caused by guests being unfamiliar with the ride or the park or something of that nature then that's totally fine. Just relax and have fun.

If Cedar Point feels that they will make more money this way then they'll keep them separate. Since they're a resort destination this setup probably encourages a lot of people to spend at least one full day in each park which not only makes them more money from admission tickets but it makes them more money from people who are staying in their hotels. I don't ever see them making Soak City part of Cedar Point. -
Thanks for the feedback. This project is alive and well, I was actually re-profiling Wildcat's brake run the other day. You can see some more frequent updates of the park at New Element, of course I'll always update it here as well though but out of respect for the forum rules I can't post as often because when you build with this style it takes forever to get 3 good screenshots to show and you're not allowed to post less than 3. Anyway the park is probably 90% full but now I'm going through and re-doing all of the foliage in the park to bring it up to a higher quality. I'm still trying to get the hang of proper RCT foliage so it's a lot of trial and error. Also, Gunslinger gulch, the main entrance area and the area near Wildcat's turnaround was built before I started using quarter tile objects so all of that is being remodeled to fit the rest of the park. As far as the coasters go, I have assembled a collection that I'm very happy with. It's unlikely that I'll add any more though I may re-profile the Wing coaster. Right now I have 10 coasters... High Thrill Coasters Gunslinger (B&M Wingrider) Wildcat (Classic Woodie) Blackhawk (B&M Invert) Shango (B&M Dive Coaster) Dive Bomber (Intamin Zac Spin) Rumbler (GCI Wood Coaster) Family Coasters Golden Eagle (Family Vekoma Suspended) Buzzsaw (Family Tire-Driven Launch Coaster) Gold Rusher (Mine Train Coaster) Kids Coasters Log Jammer I feel like that's a pretty well rounded collection and I don't have room for much else, I really appreciate the suggestions though.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 Expansions

Oh believe me I have and I'm a big, big fan. His work is as realistic as you can get with RCT3 but I think RCT2 is much, much more realistic and much more fun to play. With RCT3 you need to take pictures from very specific angles for them to look right, and usually photoshop is a must. No RCT game was ever known for it's transitions but if you play RCT2 properly they look pretty smooth where in RCT3 they always look amazingly jerky when you're using the coaster building tool that comes with the game. It's a matter of preference I guess but I think RCT2 is the better game. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate good RCT3 work though. -

You're totally right, I'm 6,4 190 pounds and thin as a rail. I'd probably blow away in a swift wind... still Wicked Twister is kind of tight. The restraints on that ride are really stupid, especially when other impulse coasters in the chain have so much more room. -

Yes. It hasn't been open since the second incident. -

Forgive me for the stupid question but who said Diamondback was rough? I searched the last 3 pages and can't find a post where anyone called the ride rough.
