Theme Park Review breaks both Tatsu and Revolution!

Recommended Posts

You may take it as a boast or an indictment, but in a few hours, the esteemed members of this board managed to bring both coasters to a grinding halt. Your humble correspondent was an eyewitness to the first incident, and a participant in the second one. Tatsu was the Little Train That Couldn't when it failed to make it all the way up its ascent. It and its riders were stuck for several minutes until the train was given an extra boost to send it on its way. Revolution's brakes worked just a little too well heading into the station, so that the train stopped prematurely. It continued on into the station shortly thereafter.

I was on the revoultion train too, it was pretty funny. And the ride was actually running really smooth! Also did anyone else notice the the brakes on the exit of the tunnel didnt slow the train down as much? We went over the final hill faster than I remember. But also the train isnt that full normally so it could have been that.

Wow. Revolution was running beautifully. Smooth as glass.

Hopefully you're being sarcastic. If not, Allison, Myself, Dan, and the 10 others or so who did 5 rides in a row (for nothing!... another story) say otherwise.

But yeah, we were on Revy when it braked too hard, believe it was the second of the 5 tests they did with us on it.

the best part about the e-stopped train was seeing all the news reporters RUNNING for their cameras to get the shot, just praying that someone would fall out of their seats.... LOL from the train you could see them scrambling. Hilarious.

Lol ya we were on it too. I remember getting off someone was like "Nah we won't be on the news, no one fell." But the view was awesome from there but looking straight down was a big tree with sharp branches right below me. Did it ever breakdown after that??

common we all know why the media was here.... to watch tatsu break and for all of us to die. It was real funny though the guy ran up pulling out the camra going "PICTURE, PICTURE, PICTURE, PICTURE" while were up there laughing our asses off.

Not at all. I don't know who these people are; but I'm assuming that they are omnipotent beings who can ride all the trains and all the seats at one time, and can form an opinion based on the All Encompassing Coaster Condition Rating System, and easily relay the facts to the muddled masses.

Anyway. It was much, much smoother than it was, the last time I rode it, a couple years ago. No head banging for me whatsoever.
