^^Okay, I just went over EVERY water coaster in RCDB, and EVERY coaster that has a splashdown element. this ans't in any of them. If RCDB doesn't consider it a coaster, neither do I, especially considering there's no "water chute database" I can look this up on.

I checked both splash downs and water coasters and even came across the correct one but no pictures on rcdb showed the dragon thing. Oh well.

Guys, if you're sure you guessed correctly, or have a way of being sure(for example, the picture is from RCDB and you can see the picture on the RCDB page), please dont wiat for confirmation, it's an unnecessary delay that usually stalls the game for a day or two =\
