Sir Clinksalot Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 (edited) Here it is ... exciting no? EDIT: Here are new screen shots and a new track file with the intamin track. Enjoy. kingda ka.nltrack Edited November 10, 2010 by mcjaco
Nemmy Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 It's good, but you should've used an Intamin Mega Coaster track style for this.
Sir Clinksalot Posted March 28, 2005 Author Posted March 28, 2005 The reason I didn't is because of the Lim settings where you can stop the train before the launch.
Real Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 You can do that with Intamins. Use a brake segment. Set a Hold time. Then set a launch force, and voila. All set.
Sir Clinksalot Posted March 29, 2005 Author Posted March 29, 2005 Didn't know that Real. I will update it tomorrow then and re-post. Thanks for the info. Other than that what does everybody think about it? It wasn't very difficult, obviously.
martin182 Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 about from the "intamin problem" it looks pretty good... when i sort my computer out and re-install no-limits i shall download it! Martin "has an intamin problem" brough
Jose Eber Posted March 31, 2005 Posted March 31, 2005 Here's what I would have done Greg: First in terms of making things straight -- I would have made sure that the track is entirely lined up (the X area in the vertex panel) and used an element for the camelback and even a top hat element to work off of. I think the steel work is great though -- I'm so lazy, I would never do one of these coasters because I hate steel work. I am lazy. So hats off to you for that -- I could never do something that good. J.
