Hi TPR

I am going to CP this summer and plan to stay at Breakers Express. But i have a couple of question:

1, Is breakfast included in the price? (no mention on the web)

2, What is the upper age limit of a 'child'?

3, Most importantly 4 of us are staying at BExpress but 2 of our group will be coming to CP in the morning. The 'ride early pass for TTD/MF' - is that one pass that allows all 4 of us in (and if possible all 6 of us) or is it one pass per person.

Thanks for your help guys!!!!!!!!!

1. As long as you have one of the packages breakfast is included. though it's not much, just donuts and coffee type stuff.

2. Don't know.

3. The early entry pass will be good for just the 4 of you(I think it's max 4) So the other two people will not be able to go in for early entry. (unless they havea season pass with Joe Cool). The early entry pass is just one ticket that says the amount of guests on it. So the one ticket will get 4 people in.

If you don't want coffee or donuts, I think there is a McDonald's at the end of the causeway. There's also a bunch of chain restaurants and Denny type places all over Sandusky.

The McDonalds is almost across the street .. but busy in the mornings and Breaker's Express breakfest was pretty damn expensive when i was there in June.

Thanks. If all 6 stay at BExpress the following night, we will get a pass for early entry for all 6 of us . Is that right?

^ Only if you're in seperate rooms. I think the BE rooms only sleep 4 people, so if you cram 6 people into one room you're still only going to get a 4 person pass.

Oh and FYI that McDonalds across the street is the worst quality McDonalds I have ever been to. Just brutal service. You could go into Sandusky for Bob Evans or some other place, though they tend to be super busy.

Basically everything goes to hell once you get outside of Cedar Point.

^^ Ha ha ... I think we had some weird service experience there too, the last time we were up there.

The breakfast at BE was not anything exciting and if you have to pay for it, you are certainly better to skip it and either bring in your own from the outside world, or wait and have an early lunch at the park after you've hit the first round of big attractions.

It is a nice motel and we've stayed there twice... we had 5 in our room, but that was two adults, two teens and a toddler on the floor.

There are two adults and 4 children (teenagers really) in our group. When I put this into the reservation page on CP's website they only quoted me for 1 room (6 in a room?) to stay at BE. Is that 2 queens and 2 rollaway beds?

Anyone have any experience of this quantity in a BE room?

Last time I stayed ay BE (May 2005), we only had three in our party, so I couldn't tell you.

Regarding breakfast: Donut Time is pretty good, and opens slightly ahead of the rest of the park, I believe. Eating an early lunch, as suggested above, isn't a bad idea, either.

FYI, Top Thrill Dragster is NOT in the early-entry lineup this year. Confirmed on the official blog.

We stayed at BE when we went 2 in 2004. I can tell you that the rooms fit 4 people, no more (confortably, of course.) Also, it is a Continental Breakfast; go down, grab food, go back up. So unless they changed that, then breakfast is included!

Hope some of that helps!!!

ride early pass for TTD/MF...

I realize that the actual rides weren't the focus of your question, but I thought I would add that CP's blog announced that TTD wouldn't be part of the early morning fun.

In 2006, you’ll wake up to these major adrenaline boosters:

Skyhawk, maXair, Raptor and the #1 steel roller coaster in the world, Millennium Force...

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!! NO TTD as an early entry ride. BUMMER!!!

I suppose the thing would be to ride MF first and then run to the TTD line before the gates open. Is that the way to minimise waiting and maximise riding?
