Ed Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 http://www.freewebs.com/flamingophotos/ Someone who was working on it was up the lift hill and decided to snap a few shots. I think the ride will look really good when the over around the Cobra roll is over water and there is grass again. It might even turn out to be a rare themed SLC!
viking86 Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I think it looks great! Thanks for sharing the link. Hopefully it wont be too rough, but Vekoma seems to be improving lately
haux Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 The shape on that zero-G roll seems off. Not exactly heartlined, if you catch my drift.
ECZenith Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I don't think zero g rolls are supposed to be heartlined. It would have to be in a perfectly straight line, correct? I like the designs on the support beams, will the entire support structure sport those stripes?
Noobitizer Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I've ridden Shenlin, it was a lucky stop on a business trip. I've got to say that this was a pretty good SLC, minimal headbanging. My only complaint is the length, after the Zero-G roll theres a helix and then its into the brakes.
coasterguy618 Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 Shenlin looks fun, so I am excited to see the finishing result of Kumali. I love the name, and I also like like the different colored stripes on some of the supports.
Shockwave Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 Yeah, the length is a little short but that's not always bad thing. The Zero-g looks messed up, but the track has to make the train follow the heartline roll as best as possible.
