I don't think Trains are ever supposed to hit each other, testing or not! The other thing that seems weird...if it was 'testing', why were people injured?

Let us know if it starts testing again and running with people!

They let people ride it while they're still working out the bugs in the computer, that's why it's still being referred as testing. SDC is doing what some other theme parks do, and that's having an "unofficial" opening of the ride, meaning they let people ride while they're still ironing out all the kinks. I've heard they do this to avoid making people mad if it breaks down during the official opening.

I knew it was 'soft opening', I was more confused that an empty 'testing' train hit a train full of people. I guess it was the first train out of the day or something.

They do let the public ride during that time. Don't believe me, call them . When I called them last weekend, more than 1 employee told me they DO let people ride while testing it.

I don't doubt that the public was riding it, but the "computer bugs" and "kinks" words kind of scared me. This ride has to pass a thorough inspection before anyone gets on it.
