Hey, Wes, what's the song (and artist) of the music you used? I think the people who voted for you really loved the editing and music-syncing. Very fun, energetic, and cool.

 

Loved the "Roller Coaster 2" idea of a trailer. Good stuff.

Loopy, I loved those little "Blind Date"-esque popups and random facts. Very funny stuff. What program did you use for all of that? Just wondering if you custom made all of that or if it was part of whatever program you used.

 

JMan, love the horror trailer type of thing. VERY fun to watch for a horror fan like me.

The editing program I used was Sony Vegas 6. The pop ups were designed to look like VH1 Pop Up Video. I think alot of the younger crowd here didn't get that. The images came from the internet by the person who designed them for the actual show. I put them on a transparent backround, did a text overlay, and Vuala!

Yes!!!! Very much so!! I really enjoyed looking at all the different ways they put together their own videos and judging them!!!

It was like being apart of something interactive! I guess you can say it keeps the moral up for the participating TPR readers!! It is also an incentive to continue to hang out at TPR!! Not that this is the only reason to hang out... but it helps!!

Also, not to mention it's FUN!!!

 

So yes I would like it if more video contests were held!!
