Mr.Six Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 http://www.wytv.com/news/national/2127542.html Thankfully nobody was hurt. This already hasn't been a great year for Disney parks and a fire was no way to end the 2005 year. _six
arrowfanman Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Whoops! Time to reset the, "This Resort has been accident free for ____ days!" sign! Well, it was small, and I hear everybody staying there recieved the night for free, which is amazingly nice for Disney.
socalMAN123 Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Wow, that's kinda retarted! I can't believe it was the Christmas tree that caught on fire. ---Brent 8)
ECZenith Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 I can't believe i tmade national news (we saw it here in RI) If it was a Howard Johnson in Arizona we would have never known of it. Glad to hear there wer eno injuries.
Louise Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 I suppose it's at least reassuring that everybody was evacuated quickly and the sprinklers kept the fire from getting out of control. I would NOT have been too happy if I'd had to stand outside in my pjs for "a few hours" though!
Hattuchili Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 It looks like it was not a big thing! I mean that could happen to each hotel! However, it was good that everything works fine and quick, the sprinklers and the firefighters! --Sören
arrowfanman Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Funny thing is, the tree was an artificial tree.
waterviper Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Dude its more like this!!! Whoops! Time to reset the, "This Resort has been accident free for ____ MINUTES!" sign! I cannot believe how many problems DLR has had this year!! One thing after the next!!! DLR is starting to get a bad reputation if it doesn't already have one! I know accidents happen, but damn DLR sure is having a lot of them lately!!!
