Hi All

So visited IOA for the first time today and of course was sad to see Ripsaw Falls down for rehab...

 

Does anyone know when that and Poseidon are supposed to be back up?

 

And sort of on that topic, why would they be cycling a 3rd train on Hulk Empty all day? (as a side note the seatbelts were coiled up and zip tied on that train)

 

Thanks guys, I'm sure someone will have the goss.

 

Only thing that sucked today was that for some reason they held off putting two extra trains on the dragons until about 3pm which it really could have done with earlier... why do that for??

I think Ripsaw Falls will probably be down for a week or two more. Always around this time of the year it goes into rehab for a few weeks. I think Poseidon's Fury will open sometime soon since HHN is over now. But again they still had quite a few HHN items still standing a few days after the event ended.

Turned it into a big 'haunted maze'. This was the one where someone in your group got a miners cap to wear which would trigger certain monsters!

I believe Poseidon is set to reopen mid-November. (I've seen the 15th batted around)

 

Ripsaw Falls isn't scheduled to reopen until December or possibly even January.

I was disappointed to see Ripsaw Falls "gone" when I was there on Tuesday, good to hear it's not drained to life. On another topic, is Busch Gardens' Rapids ride on a rehab too? It was closed and drained on Thursday.

Oh I wondered what those painted squares were that I saw while going up the lift. It does need a new paint job.

Oh no! I hope Dragons isn't down when I go to IOA next month!

I talked to my friend last night and she said that there arent dates yet, but Dragons is going to be closed for approx. two weeks in January. So you should be all good!
