As usual, team Alvey knows exactly how to capture and show off their crazy trips. The best part of a video like this is that its more of a documentary, focusing all on 1 trip over 3 weeks, instead of a whole season of theme parks with like 1 park a week. Even though they've been on the trip for a long time, they managed to still act just as goofy and have fun on the last day of the trip as they did on the first. The music selection is good as usual, all the parks I've visited before are familiar in these videos, only this time with loads of perks like POV and catwalk footage, and the parks I haven't visited yet really make me want to get to them! Definitely worth picking up the video, even if you've never been to Europe, never want to go to Europe, and when you hear about Europe, the only thing you think of is "The Final Countdown", this video is worth its cost in entertainment value.

It came!!!

I was overjoyed to see a package addressed to Non German Tom on my desk when I got home from visiting Thorpe & Chessington during Fright Nites. And after grabbing a couple of snacks I settled down to watch it.

The first DVD shows off the main bulk of the parks that were visited, and the editing and the footage is excellent on all the different sections. Favourite moments have gotta be the whole BonBon Land segment, The monkey bars, German Tom's Whacko Jacko impersonation, and Elissa getting abused by the whale in Hansa-Park!

The POV/onride footage is really well shot, and the lipstick camera on the front of the trains gets some great footage without the camera shaking about.

The coaster video contest entries are great to watch as well - there were some excellent videos on this DVD!

Once again, thanks to Robb & Elissa and everyone else for all your hard work involved in making this DVD what it is!

^The biggest mistake of the whole trip was no on getting Joey's near death experience at Toverland on tape! All those cameras and no footage. We should all be ashamed. But at least Joey didn't seriously hurt himself. If he did, we probably would have had to spend much of the day filling out paperwork, which would have been a drag...

I beg to differ! I think the biggest mistake was not having the cameras rolling when you randomly ate it walking out of the gas station mini mart!
