HeartlineCoaster
Hello, Could anyone please recommend an amount of time needed to properly enjoy the Window of the World park in Shenzhen? Havent really allowed for it, but I was just wondering if it was feasible to do a flying visit to Knight Valley/Wood Coaster in the same day. Thanks in advance. TeranLeson
Window of the World, a theme park at Overseas Chinese Town in Shenzhen, has vivid replicas of the world's wonders and historical heritages. This 48-hectare theme park features replicas of historic & scenic landmarks from around the world. I think this is a wonderful place.
SharkTums
^^It really depends on what you mean by 'properly enjoy'. Most credit whores treat it as a quick stop, but the miniatures are cool if you're into that. I think you could feel like you got your money's worth in a couple of hours. Nrthwnd
I think I enjoyed the little 'round the park monorail more, than the coaster we rode, lol. The miniature gardens and buildings were something great, especially the Japanese Garden area. And you might meet up with one of these little guys near the main entrance of the park. HeartlineCoaster
Thanks for the replies. By properly enjoy I just meant see everything without rushing at all. To answer my own question, I saw everything comfortably in 4 hours and its 90 minutes by bus to the other park, so yes it is feasible.
Nrthwnd
^ Great! Did you enjoy your visit there? Was there anything you liked in particular?
HeartlineCoaster
I did enjoy it, it was a nice place to wander around on a quiet day. Also a good respresentation of China's favourite pasttime: imitation. In particular I liked the bobkart ride, I had never done a powered one before and it was far more nimble than I had expected.
