For some reason, Windows Media Player froze and when I try to do the Ctrl/Alt/Delete, the task manager dosnt come up. Is there any manual way to do this?

 

I really dont want to restart my computer, Im using Windows XP Home Edition.

You realize the amount of time it takes to post this thread and wait for a reply, you probably could have restarted? Yeah. Restart.

^ yeah, but when you get the pinwheel of death, then all hell breaks loose. Trust me, I've seen issues with a mac and I think it's harder for a mac to rebound from a crash than a PC. In my Digital Editing class we were in one of the computer labs which has brand new iMac G5's and I went on my usual computer and it was already logged in under someone, so I logged out...but nothing happend, it stopped responding. So I had to shut it off and turn it back on, and from then, it wouldn't boot up the OS.
