Disney World Engagement Proposal

Recommended Posts

I've been dating an incredible guy for a while now and things are going really well. They're going so well that I'm going to propose to him within the next year or so. He's a huge Disney fan and WDW is his favorite vacation spot, so I'm determined to propose to him there. I'm not sure exactly how I want to propose, though. He absolutely loves Goofy, so I want to do something that involves Goofy, but I just don't know exactly how I want to propose. Do you guys and girls have any ideas?

To be honest, I can't think of anywhere that is strictly Goofy-related, safe for maybe the candy shop in Downtown Disney, but it would be my guess that if you contacted Disney's customer service they would do something really amazing for you. They seem to be great at making special occasions memorable, from what I have heard about birthdays and whatnot, and they usually don't require you to pay for a package or anything.

Here's an official page if it helps: disneyweddings.disney.go.com/engagements/walt-disney-world/detail

Best of both worlds. . . propose to him while riding front row of the Barnstormer.

or better yet, work with Disney (ie: pay the fees to get their input), and have the Barnstormer crew involved (say. . unraveling a big banner between the time the train leaves, and comes back in?).

worst case?

drop to one knee in front of him (and in front of this from the queue)
