What do you mean? Safety standards are the same in Europe or America.

 

The problem is that in America if someone does something stupid their first reaction is to sue and hope to be rewarded for their stupidity. In Europe stupid people are more likely to take responisiblity for their actions and courts are unlikely to side with the idiots who ignore safety rules and lack common sense.
