the ghost Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I can see this being on something, it kinds of reminds me of a screaming squirrel like Sequoia Adventure, something like that could probably be done.
hyyyper Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I used Newton2 to try to make the element, and the only way to make it work is to make the lower loop very large. This way the train still has enough speed to make the top loop. It's not a very smooth track, but the forces are within limits, so it *could* be build in real life. doubleloop2.nltrack
Gutterflower Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Just to round off the version of this loop in coaster games Heres my version in RCT: LL
coasterdude5 Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I always wondered if that element was a glitch in the game. Good to hear that's one mistake that wasn't made!
CorkscrewFoley Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 I don't think the bottom half inverted, to my knowledge, I always thought, now with HRRR, that it did the non-inverting half loop, then into the actual loop, and out again...Maybe I was looking at it wrong...am i the only one?
