Well, I have nothing quite funny or humorous at this point, so I guess I'll jump on the bandwagon with this little Photo Report.

We obtained a FREE used 500 gallon Liesure Bay hot tub last year, and it sat in the corner of the yard until last month, when I finally got off my lazy butt, layed patio stones, and then the two of us moved this sucker by ourselves across the yard, about 40 feet around the house. I will spare you the pictures and videos of this process, and go straight to the newly placed hot tub.

This new line cost me $385 for 6 feet! Crooks!

I'm so bummed, the saga will continue this week end. :)

The next blow: Rain water drains from house and storm shutter into tub, rendering it useless. :( Time to get some awning fabric and make a canopy! (Furture view of my new hot tub cam)

^^ The Hot tub is actually right outside of my office window, which is next to my computer desk. Let the cam-fun begin! (Soon, I hope!)

^ I think the only female that will enter that hot tub is my sister-in-law, (maybe,) and she's not pretty to look at. LOL

It's so hot here right now, I'm ready to just fill it with cold water and jump in. We'll be keeping it a nice 85 degrees until winter gets here, then it goes to 110.

Gee, don't compliment her too much... ...

...But, thanks for the heads-up.

Hey everyone,
My first post here as I'm new to hot tubs.

My wife and I had a new  jacuzzi  tub delivered  a little over a week ago. It is one of the 300 series tubs. I'm not sure which one as I am at work now.

We used it about 4 times and everything was great. Last time we used it was a Wednesday.

Two nights later on Friday my wife decides to go outside and get in. Unfortunately the water is about 2/3s gone and leaking from the base of the tub. The remaining water in the tub is so hot that I can't put my hand in it. The control panel was not lit at this point. Some of the larger jets in the tub appeared to have blown out and were sitting on the seats of the tub.

I turned the tub off at the main electrical panel inside the house and called the store where we purchased it. We are still waiting for the service people to come and look at this thing.

The sales man that we spoke with said that we should remove the panel and take a look inside the tub. I did that and immediately could see 2 places where there were leaks at hose connections. There are probably other locations that are leaking as well if I were to remove some more cover panels.

I was hoping to get more than 4 uses out of my tub. This sounds like a serious issue. The fact that the water was so hot and that 4 or 5 if the jets were dislodged leads me to worry about what kind of damage I am going to have to get repaired. 😢

Any thoughts from you fellow hot tubbers?

Hello everyone. I'll tell you how I used a hot tub during pregnancy. The pain is relieved, more than. I gave birth at home, in a hot tub, I regulated the water myself, according to the sensations, as I wanted. I wanted it hot, the pain was very dulled, the feeling of hanging in weightlessness, also relieved the heaviness and pain.
It still hurt - what could it be, but in the water, everything was much easier. Now I often use the hot tub to relax.
