DLDude
Hey everyone. I am part of a group up at Ohio State that studies/designs amusement park stuff as a student organization. I know it's a bit nerdy but I think some of you may find it interesting. We just were featured in FunWorld so I wanted to pass the article along in case you missed it. http://www.iaapa.org/industry/funworld/2009/oct/features/coaster/index.asp Let me know what you think of the group! Shavethewhales
Very interesting. Student Orgs. like this always a really great way to get a heads up for a specific industry. I know I'm currently working on a lot of dam and bridge projects with my school's civil group. You guys are lucky to have such an active group with so many neat ideas. Swimace
1) I currently attend the University of Florida. HAHAHAHA, Buckeys are lame. 2) On a serious note that's actually on topic, my previous university actually sent someone to get an engineering internship with Premier Rides. Clemson was involved in the building of Universal Studios Sentosa's clone of Revenge of the Mummy. GO TIGERS!! Here's the address: http://www.clemson.edu/features/article.php?article_id=2040#comment Perhaps this topic should not be so specific that it only includes Ohio State students... (just a suggestion)
Reon
Awesome group! I'm at Bowling Green now, and apparently a good majority of my fellow students pay more attention to OSU then our own school....
