Thank you for posting this! It was great to look back at older photos of the park, especially at some of the attractions that are no longer in the park (Glissade, Monster, etc.). I guess that Turvey Manor and the Catapult in Hastings had already been removed in 1984. The Italy flatrides have been there forever, they really could use something new over there!

What exactly is this picture trying to show?

It looks like Nessie's second drop with some remote control boats in the background. I guess these were accessed by the walkway that runs across the water below and next to the coaster. That IS a pretty lame shot to include in a brochure.

Thank you for posting all these old pics PianoJohn. I love to see them please don't stop posting if you find more. My favorite picture in this TR was of the steam train with the German flags on it(picture number 6).
