Pufferfish Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I would like to formally welcome you to Thrill Gardens! In this park, we are putting more focus into scenery and landscaping than in any other park in our chain. Right now we are just starting this, this is a very ambitious project, and that is why we have partnered together with Shadowrider Inc. Together, we promise to bring the best park in this chain yet, and it's name, is Thrill Gardens. Hello, on our first update there is a good bit to show you. There are currently 6 rides in our park including our first major coaster, The Thriller. There's not much else to say right now, so I now present the first photo update from Thrill Gardens! SCR29.BMP Current overview. SCR28.BMP The park's family coaster, that is in need of a lot of landscaping, the bumper boats are in the lower left corner. SCR27.BMP The stats. SCR25.BMP Here is the Tilt-A-Whirl, as well as the park's first big coaster, The Thriller. SCR24.BMP Here's the teacups and the McDonalds! The very large building is an arcade, complete with Skiiball! SCR23.BMP Welcome!
Stoksy Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 There needs to be some more landscaping around the woodie, which by the way is very good. Also, try to add more trees around the coaster(s). Other than that the park is looking good so far.
the ghost Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I agree with more landscaping, try using trainers. Also, give your building a little variety, a little goes a long way in terms of presentation. The woodie has a very nice layout, and the scenery for the scenery for the most part looks good. Overall, this is a good start.
BelgianGuy Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Looks like a good start but I agree with everyone that you need more landscaping and a bit more foliage for my taste, use trainers for the mountain tool(saves you hours!!!), Now I don't want to sound self centered but look over at my new park and some of people like BRTeller, you'll see what I mean with landscaping a ride, I don't know if you have em in your objects for this park but quarter-tile landscaping makes it look all the better. -Stijn-
Bob! Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 Your park is looking good, but I agree with everyone that it needs landscaping. But other thant, I like yours rides. PS: Does the Thriller sponsored by Michael Jackson..? It would be more fun!
DarkStitch626 Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Looking very good so far Andrew. Keep up the good work on this project. The small wooden coasters layout "The Thriller" looks pretty cool.
