Our family had a huge debate over this. I mean, resteraunts do it. So we called Heinz themselves and they said no, it is simply a personal preference. Me, I hate cold ketchup, it's nasty!

I keep it in the frigilator. What's really good is the Katchup with Tabasco in it, boy does it give things a kick!

Whatever, I like to mix a little low-sodium soy sauce in it. That's good on fish and chips. Give it a try!

 

And yes, I keep it in the fridge. I know the vinegar in it will help preserve it without refrigeration, but I'd rather keep it cold. It really doesn't take up that much room.
