ahecht Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I have never been to a Six Flags park on Easter, but I was thinking of doing SFNE this Sunday. Will Easter make the crowds heavier or lighter? Anyone have experience with this?
Hercules Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 My experience at Great Adventure on Easter, like Father's Day, the crowds have been very light.
jamesdillaman Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I used to go to Kings Island on Easter all the time, before they changed the season. The crowds were never bad: I even remember riding Delerium 3 times in a row without getting off. -James Dillaman
Teacups Make Me Sick Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Check the calander of the park your planning on going to...Great Adventure is closed on Easter this year for a private party.
YoshiFan Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Great Adventure is open for season pass holders on Easter as well. There is a buyout that day with a large Jewish group that always goes to the park on Easter.
COASTER FREAK 11 Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Crowds tend to be hoppity and light on Easter.
larrygator Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I have gone to SFGAdv on Easter morning each of the past 3 years and it has been very empty. Great Adventure is open for season pass holders on Easter as well. There is a buyout that day with a large Jewish group that always goes to the park on Easter. How big is a large Jew? Hopefully large Jews can't fit on El Toro.
