DBru Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Being President's Day, I had some extra time to reserve a room at Hotel Breakers this summer. Of course, with a planned trip to my favorite park in the world, my anticipation had already started to grow! I started browsing the net a bit, and decided to check out whentoride.com, just to get a general idea of how lines were in 2008. That is when I made the discovery that... http://www.whentoride.com is gone! This came as quite an upset to me, as the site always contained convenient information, and helped to guide you with planning your day at parks. Does anyone know when the site went offline, and why? Like I said...I depended on it quite a bit. If whentoride.com doesn't make a return, does anyone know where a can find similar information? (If this has already been discussed somewhere, please forgive me. I was just taken by surprise, and thought I'd share.)
paulie123 Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I noticed that the other day. When i tried to type it in i thought it may have had a different adress.. Such as whentoride.net But nope. Nothing. Its gone :[ I dont know why, but i really do hope it returns because it was a great site.
larrygator Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I heard the founder shut down the site so he could better enjoy the last 46 months of our planet.

fuerstjh Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 I noticed that the other day. When i tried to type it in i thought it may have had a different adress.. Such as whentoride.net But nope. Nothing. Its gone :[ I dont know why, but i really do hope it returns because it was a great site. I'm hoping to eventually revive something like this. But right now I'm in a data collection phase. Trying to capture ride wait time data for the major parks to perform analytics on. Please consider entering your wait times into my app as your at various parks that I currently support.
fuerstjh Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 For all the whentoride advocates. The first step in a long journey has been made. Historical averages on a day-of-the-week basis: CoasterQueue - Maverick Details
