BRTeller Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Daniel and I, have been talking for some time about creating a group project, and since he's lost countless games. We decided it was time to do so, so we present to you, "Frontier Springs"! -------------------- It's the roarin twenties, and what would be a better time for us to be starten' sumtin mighty big. So me, and my good fellow here Daniel are proud to bring you "Frontier Springs". We're small now, but how well everything with the stock market and all has been doin it'll all be fine! So here's some pictures of whats we gots. I know it not much, but sure a heck of fun! -------------------- Lets just wait and see how this wacky project will come out!
the ghost Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Wow. That looks really good so far. I think you two are currently the best RCT2 designers on these boards. Awesome work so far.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 ^What about me? LOL Yeah I like the little grey picture up there, are you going to make all the earlier pics(20s-40s) grey?
trav Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 I don't like it very much. There's not much to look at and keep me interested. There's no theming, buildings or anything, and don't say to me "Oh, they didn't have theming in the 1920s", because I'm pretty sure they had buildings at least. Oh, and don't forget to landscape. It will look loads better. Anyway, I hope that this carries on, because I'm interested in how this turns out.
mcjaco Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 ^ The Whip is under a building, just like many of the sheds used back then. I'll agree that it may need more structures, but "theming" wasn't huge back then. It's an interesting project, keep it up.

BRTeller Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 People always say those things about my early projects. Don't worry, its planned to start off, "very" small. It's apart of the story line, and just becuase that area is flat, doesn't mean the rest is. I'll give one small hint on just what types of buildings are coming, a huge ballroom is planned, and much more.
DBru Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Don't worry... plans for expansion have been made. Be patient, and hopefully you will see something great...
Steffen_Dk Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 This park can't go wrong. The last you made was fantastic, and I suppose that this will be it too.
BelgianGuy Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 i agree with steffen you guys will deliver somthing that will blow us away and start playing rct2 as for my part i currently play rct3 but starting small has a huge advantage of freedom what to do with the rest of the space you have, if you start of with a big banger of a ride you can't do so much with the park except some smaller rides so i guess we'll be more than pleasantly surprised by this park and i bet the themeing will top notch as always
