Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Well this is a park I have made. A lot of my older parks data has been or was already corrupted. So I decided to start a big, main mega project, aside from recreations and mini projects, Here I have a park that is located in New York(not by NYC). This park will be one of the worlds largest theme parks in the world. It has been planed to have different themes including a futuristic city, roman , china, and western. This park so far has the midway set up(castle theme) and a area I call X-ZONE! A area with a futuristic neon city theme, with a replaceable scl coaster and a indoor drop tower. UPDATE Midway Added -World Wide Gates(not entrance) -Fountains of Youth X-Zone Added -replaceable SLC Coaster added -Acid Works, a 120ft indoor S&S Tower is added ^Acid Works ^Park Overview ^The parks replaceable coaster(Ideas?) Comments?
Kalepi_Konei Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 -SLC Coaster removed Fixed! And as for the photos, can you just post them using the TPR photo upload in the reply box. I have to squint to see them and my computer is loading the photos REALLY slowly on the linked page for them.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 hmm, Well I removed the SLC. Finished Acid works and worked on a building. Check it out. WOW! I think were bringing back an older coaster. think back to Woodland Heights Heres a building that may or may not have a dark ride attraction Acid Works! Complete form
89James89 Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Does look pretty good just very empty at the moment. Cheers 89James89
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 Well walking by Oakwood ,I have seen the parks construction progress. I waited for a few days then construction started appearing. It was obvious we were getting a coaster, but what. Well I did know that it was going to be in the X-Zone area of the park and that it will probably be an out 'n back coaster due to the strait construction layout. As the supports grew could automatically tell that it would launch, but the track was not Intamin or Premier rides. I saw that they were using Dive Loops to turn it around, and I looked into some research and found out that a new company that started in 02 is making this coaster, and it is a clone . .. . . sadly. This coaster may be a clone, but it was not like a SLC or a Boomerang. So I went and started looking through the pictures of this other ride and it seemed to still be under construction for the 09 season. So this is truly going to be the first coaster of its kind. -Matthew. COASTER UPDATE X-RAY MCC (Matthew Coaster Co.) Model: Sky Hanger We are proud to announce our second coaster using the Sky Hanger Model. We have decided to place it in a park named Oakwood Creek, in the X-Zone of the park. This ride will have the same Model in Woodland Heights but with out the special effects such as Fire, Fog, and Water. -MCC President. P.S: The foliage is not complete. PARK Overview Well I gotta say. This provides a nice ride I guess not Why'd we stop? I don't see anything after this. We going backwards or somthin? GO through the Zero-G-Roll What comes after the Launch again? X-RAY's unique station. . . . .yes I know its a bit blocky Hey look some laser tag arena
Steffen_Dk Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 The colours are great; I really like them. It's actually quite funny - as I saw the building I thought "Acid", and I hadn't looked at the name. I guess it means that the theming fits perfectly to the name or conversely.
89James89 Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 That looks pretty cool and unique. Cheers 89James89
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 8, 2008 Author Posted September 8, 2008 OAKWOOD -Today on of our rides have crashed, X-Ray has collided with its other train while testing. Three months later it crashed into acid works, destroying the building. The park has decided to take out X-Ray and Acid Works because of this. Sense the only other thing in the X-Zone is a laser tag arena, this area of the park has been removed. So far the park plans on putting in a castle themed area, similar to its sister park Woodland Heights. If the company who built X-Ray can fix it, then we will relocate it in another section of the park, MCC headquarters is only 90 miles away. So far the park has been testing MCC's attractions. Well I hope it returns, its sad how we loose the X Zone or what was going to be known as Negative Zone. R.I.P: Negative Zone
Kalepi_Konei Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 I say you sue the bastards who made X-Ray and fine them for Acid Drop and X-Ray since THEY caused it, then you totally take the money and build a KICKASS version of what you just did and EXCLUDE there ride and buy from another company!
Steffen_Dk Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 Ehh why. I can't see the meaning of removing the only two things in the park, if you can call it so already.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 8, 2008 Author Posted September 8, 2008 Kalepi_Konei: Why would I sue my own company? DBru: The support collapsed, causing the whole first dive loop to fall. ffen_Dk: I never removed them Ok so mabey I did, but not on purpose. My game file got deleted, only leaving my 2nd and 3rd copy with the entrance building. I have rebuild the area but with a different theme. El Fiesta or Spanish Fiesta.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 9, 2008 Author Posted September 9, 2008 After our coaster crashed into a S&S Tower because of a support failure. MCC promised to repair both rides, removing stations and surrounding buildings. We have promised to bring back both rides in a new area known as El Fiesta. A Spanish themed area with two rides under construction. Fiesta Tower and Rattlesnake, both being the same rides from before. The company has decided to give us some photos of the park Yes I was too lazy to edit the pictures, get over it. I'm currently brain storming, any ideas? SCR4.BMP Acid Works has gone south to throw a party. SCR5.BMP Rattlesnake, the same skyhanger model, with a new themed station.
joffs115 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I like the fact that you've incorporated the generic station into the scenic station instead of hiding them like most people would do - it's a pleasant change.
mcjaco Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I'm currently brain storming, any ideas? Posting skills would be a start.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 9, 2008 Author Posted September 9, 2008 ^Sorry I was in a rush to go to sleep, when your tired and rushing there will be some errors. Thats why I did'y edit the images. Well I normaly double check but that was one of my screw ups, and if your refersing to the names of the rides. Then agian I was in a rush. PARK NEWS: I have decided what the next coaster will be, heres a few hints. MCC Custom Model Shuttle Coaster No Inversions Over 150ft Launchs
mcjaco Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 ^ Are you rushing to get to bed now? There's typos and grammatical errors in that post, as well as numerous other posts of yours in the last few days. Robb has warned you once, now I am.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted September 10, 2008 Author Posted September 10, 2008 ^Sorry about that, there's a few reasons why that I'm like that with my posts. 1. I have bad focusing issues 2. I suck with grammar and spelling. I do use spell check and double check my posts before submitting them. I will still continue to do so. "at lest i dont post like these" Ok now on with Oakwood! I did fully rebuild the two rides in our park, but with the different theme. It will be themed as a Spanish Jungle. I could not find any foliage that would look good. So you guys ready to see the new rides? Well then here you go El Fiesta - Rattlesnakes name changed to Panther - Spicy Roll is under construction Ok now time for a little Oakwood Update Gallery! Overview time! This is another MCC Model that will be placed in the park(Hopefully). It is also known as a non-inverted impulse coaster. Going through the brake run. Ok once you come down you go through a dive loop and go back to the final hill of the ride Well this is the MCBR and the final hill before the final brake run. Going over the station, upside down and through a zero g roll You are launched 72mph into the first inversion. Here is the station, ruined by the supports above it. Ok time to enter PANTHER! You got the V.I.P Line (thats what we call our fast pass line),and the normal line. Here is the tower, it has been extended an extra 30ft. Thank you S&S!
DBru Posted September 12, 2008 Posted September 12, 2008 Wow, this park is still looking REALLY good!
