Stitch
I started building a new park today on Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 because Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 tends to act up a lot and I got tired of it. My park is 265x265, flat and it has $50,000,000 to work with. My first coaster I have built is the Wildcat, a classic out and back wooden coaster with a unique glass roof tunnel. You can see what it looks like in the screen shots I posted. The other ride I made is Combustion, a S&S space shot that is located right inside of Wildcat's turn around. I will update this thread as my park grows larger and larger. If anyone would like to join in on my park they are more than welcome to. Just leave a comment and I will send you the park and you can then update the thread showing your work . Here are my screen shots for today ... coasterdude5
The park looks great. Are you gonna add some terrain? Just wondering. Also, IMO, why have to put up with money when you can make it all free? That glass roof tunnel is awesome!
Stitch
To answer your questions Coaster Dude, I will be adding terrain through out the building process. It is easier for me to landscape after I start getting a general area made, I am still at the very beginings of this park. As for your question about the money, I use the Eight Cars Per Trainer to add all the cash so I can use the "Build Ten Coasters" scenario. It is the most convient way to build a park from scratch in my humbled opinion. I have a new coaster built that was inspired by a certain rodent from this site. Rat Tums Express is a Swarzkopft looper that has speed, air time and two loops. It's main feature is it's dive under the queue and exit lines. BiCoastal Kid
Why do you have your woodie have that random outward part? It would seem more realistic to me if in and out stretches were together the whole way. The looper looks cool, as well.
Stitch
I made the small turn on Wildcat (The wooden coaster) to give it something other than a straight line of hills. Thank you for the compliment on Rat Tums Express (Swarzkopft Looper). Here are two new coasters I made, Electric Eel is a run of the mill Intamin Impulse coaster and Mine Runner is an elaborate Arrow Mine Train. Hattuchili
What I see from your Park looks really good! When I see all this, I want to play RCT2 again, but at the moment I have not enough time. --Sören
Stitch
Thank you for the compliments Hattuchili, I really appreciate them. Construction continues, first off we have the B&M Flyer Silver Surfer, named after the Mavel Super Hero. This ride has many inversions and tons of twists and turns, it's not for the faint at heart . Next up we have Sea Hawk, an Arrow Dynamics Suspended Coaster and Lumber Jack Falls, a log flume. These two rides were built together and interact at many points of their track. Stitch
Thanks for the kind words Phazan, I love seeing other people's parks during their construction too. This update is an overview of my park in it's current state, a look at the new Sky Tower and a close up of the new kiddie coaster Go Gator. Go Gator was built by Swarzkopft and is themed to Elsmere Adventure's mascot, Albert the Aligator.

Stitch
I am glad to hear you decided to build again Hattuchili, if you want to build in Elsmere Adventure you are more than welcome to. This park update is a wet one, our two new water rides will be sure to get you soaked. Hurricane is an Intamin splash boat ride that is fun for the whole family. You can ride the wave and get drenched or stand on the observation deck and feel Hurricane's fury. Bayou Rapids is an Intamin rapids ride themed to the swampy rivers of Mississippi. With tons of whirl pools, rapids and waterfalls, you are guarenteed to get wet!

Stitch
Thank you for the compliments Zaneymoon and Maliboomer! My update today is a large one, we'll start this off with Ladybird, a Tivioli style family coaster. I added more landscaping around the park and some various flats to fill in some space, the ones featured in the screen shot are Fire & Ice and Frosty The Snowman. After building a lot of family rides I had the need for speed, Yellow Jacket is a vicious coaster made by Premire that goes underground and pops out into a top hat, only to dive back underground. The final ride for this update is a Mini Helicopter ride named Bust Bees, it ventures around Yellow Jacket and Hurricane.
Stitch
I don't like to double post but I haven't recived a comment in a day or two so I guess I have to . The first ride I am going to show is Osiris, an Intamin hyper coaster that is full of twists turns and some major air time. Up next is Pirrahna, a Premire water coaster that was designed to be a fun ride for the whole family. Last but not least is the kiddie version of Mine Runner, Mini Mine Runner. This ride mimics it's big brother but is tame enough for the little ones to ride.

I also built the south station for the train, Phantom does a corkscrew right over the tracks! More updates to come so stay tuned.
Sir Clinksalot
Your park is looking really cool. I havent played RCT2 for a while and I really miss some of the cool theming that they decided to leave out for RCT3.

Stitch
I have some unfortunate news, while doing a regular update on Elsmere Adventure Rct2 had an error and crashed. I tried to load Rct2 again but it kept getting an illegal operation error, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it. For some reason the installer crashed at 54% and now it won't let me install it. I read online about this error and found out I have to edit my registry to get Rct2 to work again. So, until I get this problem fixed my project is on hiatus
BiCoastal Kid
^That's too bad. Also, I don't really like your water-coaster. IDK, The reast of the rides seem to flow with they're surroundings better. That one just stands out. I think you should let that portion of lake be and have a more spread out, secluded water-coaster. I think your skills could take it much farther that way. Stitch
Well I have good news and bad news, the good news is I fixed my problem with Rct2 and now it will install. The bad news is, I lost my file for Elsmere Adventure in the process. So, I will have to start all over , if some one would like to build a park together with me let me know. I will glady re-install Rct2 to work with anyone that would like to- Stitch
phazan
^what do you mean build a park together? well, it sounds cool so i might be interested.
Stitch
To build a park together you just build attractions, send the park file to the other person and have them build and then send it back to you.
