As I sad before, feel welcome to Brazil!

Anytime you want, TPR could organize a coaster Trip in Brazil together with CBMR.

It'll be a huge pleasure for us to show you all coasters we have here. They're not really many, but all the parks are very neat!

I am interested to know where the Intamin Free Fall was relocated from, do you know? Geauga Lake? AstroWorld?

Thanks for sharing pictures of the park. The Rapids Ride looks GREAT!

Looks like a really nice park. Honestly the rapids are nicer than most parks I have been to. I honestly wish some of these places weren't so far flung. BTW I hope your first experience on the SLC isn't too painful.

Just one thing. Please post multiple pictures in a single post instead of one per post. It is much easier to read when all the pictures are in one post instead of spread over several pages.

Sorry about the pictures in separated posts. I just couldn't understand how to put all of them in a single reply...

It's not gonna be my first experience in an SLC. I've travelled abroad and I also did live in USA for one year, working at Six Flags Great Adventure. BTW, no experience could be more painful than TOGO's Viper!!!! lol

I rode some SLCs and it's impressive how they can be great in some parks and absolutelly awfull in others!

And I believe that happens to all Vekoma coasters. The Boomerang at Playcenter (São Paulo, Brazil) is perfectly smooth. In other hand, the one in Parque De La Costa (Tigre, Argentina) is a headache machine!

If I'm not mistaken, Hershey's Sidewinder is also a death devide, isn't it?

It's been 6 years since I've been in USA for the last time and I've been to many parks, so I get confused with the production-line-coasters, like boomerangs and SLCs....

Still trying to find out where our 1st gen free-fall came from...

If it really was about 10 years ago is it possible it was California's Great America? It seems like it might have been about that long ago that they changed the freefall for the drop tower. I doubt it is right but it is at least something to look into.

Honestly so far I have only had good SLC experiences in exceptional circumstances. I have had great rides on SLCs after rain and the like. I wish that more would put the new restraints and seats in because after riding them they really make a big difference.

As I said before the park looks great. I hope that it continues to prosper.

I wouldn't call Hersheypark's Sidewinder a death-device, but I wouldn't ride it more than three times in a row. If you ride it once, it's ok, but after the second ride, you start to get a headache.

It seems like you got a really nice park there. The paint job on the SLC looks great.

Yeah, I agree sidwinder is not that bad, but It's definitly not as smooth as other Boomerangs. Particularly, the one at Playcenter, in São Paulo, Brazil is quite good.

In other hand, the one in Parque De La Costa (Buenos Aires) will give you a headache on the firts run.

I would really like to understand what makes one boomerang different from the other.

I know the restraints at Playcenter are a little different from the ones at De La Costa, but they're not different enought to make such a difference on the ride.

You think it could have something to do with the kind of maintenance they do?

My pleasure, Montezooma!

Anything you wanna know about the brazilian parks, just ask. I'll do my best to find out the answer.

BTW, did you know the largest rollercoaster in the country is called Montezum?
