Wackyboxer Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 It looks like the Walt Disney Company and Roy E. Disney have finally decided to end their bitter feud! I think it's great news! Read about it here http://www.savedisney.com/
dandaman Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 This is a great step in a new direction for both parties (now one). I foresee improvements in budget.
Justin Adams Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 This is good news, but I'll continue to take a "cautiously optimistic" approach to all of this. I believe that Roy Disney had the best interest of the company in mind, but we'll see how this all plays out.
ChrisZer0 Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Im hoping iger will get smart and let uncle roy or one of the family back onto the board. IMHO, disney isnt disney without a disney on the board (mouthful, I know)
PhishyBrewer Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 It's all about money these days. I say, change out every single boards member and start off fresh. blackcurrent Posted July 11, 2005 Posted July 11, 2005 Yes even though I agree with you to a point. You need to remember that Disney need some money men on board. It's a money world and if the company end up to bad in the red then Disney will be no more. It's a balance between the Disney dream and todays reality's
