Knott's Berry Farm 05/25/08

Me and my cousin were bored, so we decided to head over to Knott's and check out Pony Express. We only rode it once(it was fun, but not worth the long wait after the first ride). The lines - wow, longer than ever - Weather - Cold, then sunny. They had these HUGE hissing roaches in the Pony Express outhouse - they hissed at us. In the end, I got the Pony Express gear - even thought I had an adult ticket(I'm 13). Pictures.

Nice TR! Pony Express looks like a great family ride that would be a lot of fun and it seems like a good addition to the park. Oh, and why were there Madagascar hissing cockroaches at Pony Express? I'm not sure I see how this fits...

They were in the "Outhouse," I'm not sure of what it had to do with Pony Express, but there was a lot of sick, bottled creatures. They also had a lot of living animals in tanks.

I will bet money that those cockroaches were captured in the chicken dinner resturant, or any of KBF's other "fine" eating establishments. Heath inspections you can find online will verify this.

Going there today 5-26. I've watched this ride being built from day one. I haven't been in 3 weeks and from everyones pics I can't believe they got it finished by Memorial day. Looking forward.
