DBru Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 I've never really had a problem with traveling coasters... But then again, the ones I've ridden don't rattle or almost collapse while going over the track
coasterdude5 Posted April 18, 2008 Author Posted April 18, 2008 Hey guys, I just wanted to thank everybody who participated. I got one of the few 100's in the class!
Hercules Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Congratulations dude. Sorry that I didn't participate, but I'm glad the end result was a good one! Keep up the good work!
ghost007jas Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 I had an experience on a coaster where my harness unlocked. The only thing that kept me in the train was the seat belt that attached the restraint to the seat itself and prevents the harness from completely opening. While I'll still ride coasters that don't have secondary seat belts, I tend to feel pretty uncomfortable on coasters that don't, depending on the nature of the ride. I had an identical experience on Silver Bullet at Knott's Berry Farm. Definitely enough to scare the living crap out of me.
hyyyper Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 yes, i feel safe when riding, no, health has never been a problem (only if you count motion sickness after a 3-hour ERT session)
